The storyline was implausible (even by vertical drama standards). FL spent 5 years recovering from brain surgery (we were shown her struggles to even walk) but at the same time she was able to become a world famous artist... Seems a little too over the top.
Very cute rom/com with a great ML. ML is very devoted to FL and always has her back. When she tries to leave him, he just follows saying that he is hers now so of course he has to follow her.

The ML briefly dated the SFL in high school but was never in love with her. He mostly dated her to try to make the FL jealous. He told his friends at the party that he liked the SFL because he saw the FL at the door and wanted to hurt her because he had just overheard his mom telling a friend that the FL had wanted to marry his older brother and not him so he thought she was in love with his brother and wanted to hurt her.
When his mother tried to fix him up with the SFL he refused and indicated that the only person he had ever loved was the FL and he would only be married to the FL.
The ML was the boy who pulled the pigtails of the girl he loved so he and the FL didn't have a good relationship growing up (he did nice things for the FL but made it so it appear his older brother did it instead of him). In addition, while he and his older brother were close, he was raised to be second to his brother so he had a complex about it. While everyone thought he followed the SFL oversea, he actually didn't but went there to show that he was as good as his brother. ML's family was in banking and they were afraid he would compete with his brother so they wouldn't let him have anything to do with finance so he went overseas around the same time as the SFL and became successful in banking. While overseas the ML mostly worked long hours to become successful and have very little contact with the SFL and when they were together it was always with a group of other people. However, the SFL set up a separate social account that only the FL could see and posted pictures making it appear that she and the ML were dating. A very angsty drama, but one of my all-time favorites.
ETA: The older brother and FL never had any relationship but a brother/sister bond - FL considtered ML's older brother to also be her brother and the only reason she expressed wanting to marry him was because he was always nice to her whereas the ML wasn't. The plan was always for the leads to divorce after 3 years.

Unfortunately, I am only able to recognize about 40 or so actors and find the listing of actors somewhat useless as the actors never seem to look like their picture. (Case in point Wang Yi Ran - where the heck did they get such an ugly picture that looks absolutely nothing like him!)
