I really really hate the fact that Baek In Ho even though he's apologetic towards Seol and her parents but he never talks about it with Baek In Na. She clearly isn't normal and spoiled rotten, which he at many points overlooks and condones- he does not add value to her life during the entirety of the drama and is strung along another girl. Yet when said girl is on the verge of her life all he cares about is getting his sister out of that family's clutches. The chairman and Baek In ho are to be equally blamed for her rotten behaviour and their inability to identify her mental illness, no normal human being in this society roams like that without repercussions. Joong at least tried for her to get on her own feet yet he too didn't either care enough for her mental health or just couldn't see it? But whatever, In Ho should have reprimanded his sister, yes, I know she deserves love and is probably suffering from abondanment issues and the sort but she needed to accept rejection way earlier in her life, God I'm so bothered by this..... Well at least we see a microscopic character growth on her in the last few minutes? Though, Idk, really left me feeling resentment towards In ho.... As for the MC well they could've ended things more smoothly? I mean the story and not the break up....we never got to see the supposed growth the male lead goes through.......??
Why oh why was the lead actress rendered useless in terms of physical strength towards the end of the show. In the beginning she was able to fight against a gang, she couldn't pull through but she had moves. But towards the end she's completely defenseless and a complete weakling, I mean why make her a firefighter if she like other human beings acts anxious in a life or death situation? That's literally what they're trained for- to stay calm and collected and fight. It's like the writer wrote lose characters and bent them whenever they wanted to move the plot a certain way.
