I'm confused. Did the amusement park scene happen? Did his wife fake a pregnancy to get him to quit rugby and marry her? Did the wife refuse to help him save her because she was scared she would tell people that she drugged her and delivered her to an abortion doctor?
Stating something bad about someone says more about you than the person you speak ill about.... just saying....
You can defend him all you want, but don't twist the facts or accuse people of having poor character for stating the truth just because you like him. You can tell people how reformed you think he is, but you can't deny the past.
Despite admitting physically assaulting his ex during fights and "unknowingly" breaking her ribs while "playing around," he was ultimately found not guilty of the charges. Custody of his child doesn't mean he isn't the abuser he admitted to being, it means that the courts acknowledge as the child's father he has rights and there is no legal basis to deny him those rights. I also don't see any reports of him having full custody of the child either, though I see shared custody as of last year so I don't know where you got that from.
Regardless, it's cool that you're a dedicated fan, but I'm uncomfortable taking your word over his so I'll just believe him when he says that he abused her and hope that he is no longer abusing anyone.
I had a really hard time swallowing the whole stalking/I let you believe you were dying and undergo unnecessary…
I was really enjoying it until that point. I just couldn't get past his insane behavior. I saw there's a season two and I was tempted to check it out in the future, but I just can't accept twists like that.

I can't believe you think that a person reminding people that an actor broke his girlfriend's ribs says more about that person than him. That's incredibly messed up and misguided.
