I think this story is well delivered, I think the actress has been an excellent character in other dramas, I have watched many of these type of FL characters before but for me personally I just can’t feel anything for them as a couple. That is just my feelings on this particular drama which I am still enjoying despite the FL’s reasons for her actions.
Its interesting to see the difference in FL perspective for this drama, sadly for me I find it hard to believe in her behaviour. I wish I could view them as a romantic pair but just cant do it based on her actions so far 😢

Agreed the rap music after ep 2 was ok but after ep 9 it just didn’t fit in I thought and the cackle us not necessary, I just skip the intro altogether.

4 of them already know he is not Yesha including Huo daughter and I suspect peacock knows too except it is a game with him at this stage. Even peacock’s father keeps on asking him what evidence do you have. So the whole ML being Yesha still is definitely getting in the way of them doing real work. Hopefully next few episodes Beiming is restored to his former glory as top dog and has gained some experience on how to not show off and rile everyone around him 🙏
I rewatched the episodes also, it was really fast paced and I am really liking how the investigation side is executed as its not usually my genre, I also like the cast so far and how good BeiMing is at solving the cases 👍👏❤️
