i still haven't watched the last 2 eps, but reading the reviews..I'm not sure what I'll think of the ending
Oh dear, based on comments here, I think I'll give the last 3 episodes a pass. The first ones were good, but the writer switched on hyper-melo mode for the last quarter of the series. Kind of reminded me of the writing of the other very popular kdrama( whose name shall not be mentioned here).
The haters definitely organized themselves to bring down the rating lol, it has the same rating as love alarm
Maybe new my dramalist policy freezes the rating for an ongoing drama ? The rate o meter for this drama has been stuck at 8.9 since second episode. Kinda like a cope cage for hater's mass drone attacks.
I skipped watching first two episodes so as not be biased. After 10 eps i am afraid the Fl is not doing it for me. she is just not portraying a tough common folk person but a soft noble lady. The director need to be partly blamed for not directing the actress properly.
This is weird. Is plastic surgery so advanced in ancient China? Nobody blinks even though the FL has a transplanted face. Also why does the FL have new voice, hair ,body etc. Tis not a body swap.
I was thinking of watching this after just finish watching blossoms in adversity on netflix. Why is the forum…
ok after reading what the kerfuffle is about, I took the precaution of skipping the first two episodes (read recaps only) and watched from ep3 onwards so as not be affected by the discontinuity between FLs acting. So far, up to ep6 and the story is fairly interesting. Without any terms of reference and expectations from ep1 and 2, I would say the main FL acting is well... ok
Everyone is missing the elephant in the room. If the fake Paik Sa Eon is grandpa’s biological son (albeit illegitimate)…
Someone here who translated the report says the conclusion is paternity DNA test only which requires higher percentage matching than other family ties. As usual Netflix subtitles can be quite inaccurate.
drone attacks.
