Exactly. Younger teenager and 20s female viewers might balk at the age gap though. Probably cringey to them. I actually have in mind a guy like Harrison Ford at his peak(Indiana Jones, Blade runner ) and translate that to Korean version.

Don't kill me, but I think even more gruff and older guys like maybe Hyun Bin, Ji sung , Gong Yoo could play the role.

Jdramas, unfortunately not that popular on mydramalist. Recently I started watching some popular cdramas and I find most of the people there to be extremely patience and helpful. Based on my limited experience, popular kdramas forum seems to me to the most toxic. I was on QoT , My Demon(or sumthing) and Lovely runner forum, boy.... I thought the corporations were trying to sabotage the show by using cybertroopers.

This show is underrated in the sense that it was not promoted at all and no one had any high expectations for it. I think the lead actors although not unknown, are not in the A category. At this juncture, I would give a 8.6 rating for it, yes, there are plot loopholes, but the script is tight, show moves along and sticks to the story of the main couple without any superfluous digression.

Robot has a very silly plot but one of the most fun of csb drama. it was my first or second kdrama so the show always have a special place in my list.

For those who have the same question as I'm having about the drama and who knows ML's true family ties in the novel.

My guess, if this follows the spoiler comments that I've read , he is illegitimate son of grandfather. Fisherman taking care of him. But the DNA test has me questioning whether he is biologically related to the family. This is good! because it will keep me guessing till the end.

I cant read korean , so i dont know whatvthe report iscsaying. the subtitles just say dna test i think.

It looks like novel storyline and drama is diverging if ML and his "father" dna do not match. Then he can't be his biological brother too because they are not related by family ties?
