Oh my goodness. I’m on episode 7. I’ve laughed too many times. The craziness that I’m seeing. SMH. Everything about this series screams outdated, the wardrobe, the way the cast speaks, the scenery, video quality. If I didn’t know the air date, I would have assumed this was filmed in the 80’s. At first, I honestly thought this was an old Kong fu movie. The actors are a little older and they speak in that sharp manly tone, the wardrobes seemed fine for some but others it’s weird. I saw a scenery that had a garden but it wasn’t grass. It was turf grass clearly overlapping. Most of the cast are 30+ so don’t expect some youthful romance. The intro music caught me off guard too.

Is it that obvious? If so I get it, it just seems strange.

The series is good but there are some slow spots that make you want to stop. I’m up to episode 29. It’s interesting as long as it stays on the main leads. As soon as it deviates i want to skip or stop. We’re halfway through and the culprits are still causing problems, undetected of course.

Good ending but most certainly not a fairy tale ending. It’s a war/espionage type thing. Romance is minimal but the male lead will have you smiling constantly.

No keep going. It gets so much better. the love the leads have is pretty amazing. There is no triangle, she is just friendly. Keep watching. Our main lead is going to show up and get assertive and possessive

Phoenix does not have a happily ever after ending. You will grow to love each of the characters and their attributes but the ending will leave you like “aw man, I wish things would have turned out differently” not a fairytale ending

That ending was Bitter sweet. He was lonely and paranoid because of fear and in the end when reality set in. ?

Just finished watching the series. I am pleasantly surprised. At first I was expecting a comedy but boy was I wrong. Not only did I get humor but also tears and warmth.

I was really excited to watch this series. So far I’m on episode seven and I must say that I feel that the series is too bubbly. Not funny but bubbly. It’s like I watching a teenager rebel. Up to now the female lead is extremely bubbly and immature. Out of all the rich guy poor girl series i have watched this one is the toughest. Some immaturity is acceptable but this is on the extreme. Example: i’ll teach you a lesson by messing up all of your stuff and laying in it. That to me is is not funny but some Disney kids stuff.

Just finished It and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of relational development. The female lead was extremely disloyal and unpleasant to the male lead at time despite all he had done. Aside from that, it was great.

That was a mistake?. Definitely better than that.

I laughed so hard reading this review but I am absolutely convinced that I don’t want to see this. Everything you described is everything I absolutely hate and that is the mountain out of a mole hill that is dragged on for several episodes and the person that walks around with the weak mentality allowing everyone to run over them. I also do not like watching the ones that have the people catering to others and neglecting themselves. I called it the selfish sacrifices. You would assume that it’s a sacrifice but it’s really just the person being selfish or thinking that they’re doing what is best for everyone else but in reality they’re miserable because of their choices and the other person is miserable. I am definitely following you because this review was so true that I can only imagine the other ones that you have reviewed are absolutely pure and honest. And funny.
