It really does depend on your personal preferences. I’ve watched countless dramas. I’m a fan of both leads…
And let’s not forget that they made 2 people who were supposedly smart and business savvy, complete duds in the romance department. How can they be this intuitive but have so little wits on opposite genders in regards to relationships. I mean these two people can literally read people like a book, what they may be thinking, even their next moved but when it came to talking with each other they seemed incapable. The logic is has such a huge gap.
guys, can you give your honest opinion on the drama? i wanna hear sum
It really does depend on your personal preferences. I’ve watched countless dramas. I’m a fan of both leads however this is one of the only dramas that I’ve watched that had either of them in it, that I’ve rate a bit low. The good: the cast The bad: misunderstandings lasted until episode 31; direct communication was very poor, they talked more in their head than directly to each other. They texted more than they talked. I’ve never seen so much screen time on screen. It lasted until the end. The relationship remained undefined for so long and then when it was, it was a break in it.
I can accept a misunderstanding but I hate when it’s dragged out and poor communication. Although we’d all love a smooth sailing romance, I don’t think I could say there were any swoon worthy moments. I think I got whiplash.
don't every Chinese drama have characters with extreme obsessions? After watching a few historical dramas, I don't…
Lol, this is out there. Most somewhat knew the person they’re obsessed with. She fell, he caught her and now here we are. She was popping up at his home like they old friends.
This emperor, is a fool. And I am over this obsessed at first site mess.he save this female and she is now determined to have him. It’s sad. Oh how I miss dignity on screen.
It does seem problematic however, there is absolutely room for a twist. I’m convinced that there was more to the events than we have seen so far, it possible that things aren’t as the appear,
I love love BP season 1, but I wish they took a different approach to storytelling and found new actors to play…
My thoughts exactly. It’s kind of weird that he may be dating a reincarnation of his mom and the fact that the twins are replica of the dad. They could have kept the same cast but at least change the add ins. It’s just weird
Of course it will be like that, like other Chinese costume romance drama. The main genre of this drama is romance…
Now I’m excited, but her last event “throw her body to take an arrow” was so naive. Hoping things change soon. I really do hate those rushed endings where you don’t get to enjoy the couple actually being a couple.
Never been this annoyed with a FL in a while. Her character is so horrendous, not to mention the terrible friend…
I honestly fast forward through the scenes with the friend. Her relationship with the male makes no sense. They didn’t fully explain it, so now we see her reject him over and over and I’m like “but why”
Am I the only one that was clueless about her reason for approaching the ML. I thought it was coincidental. Now it makes sense but now I’m even more annoyed. She is supposed to be this brilliant reporter and she made a conclusion so erroneous that it’s ridiculous. This should have been cleared up so much sooner. Now I’m ticked after watching this texting series 🫠.
