I just finished the series and all I can say is that it was just OK. The beginning of the series set the tone for what could have been an amazing series but it seemed to never takeoff from what could’ve been. There were many things that took place in the first episode that will pull you in and leave you wondering how things will play out and what was going to happen, But after episode two then three you can see that it might not go anywhere. Later on in the series around episode 13 or so there is some conflict that happens and you become hopeful that they is something exciting and really revealing that is going to jump start the series but no nothing too big. There is one secret that is revealed but by the time it’s revealed it’s sort of meaningless to you, but after episode two then three you can see that it might not go anywhere.
There were a few things that were not complete. What I mean by that is there was a secret that no one ever found out and it could’ve been a turning point. I enjoyed the banter between the two leaves however the supporting or second female lead was extremely annoying, aka desperate.


One person kept a secret that seemed to be pointless as it held no positive or negative effect.


I honestly think this was okay, would make my top 20 list. Has some sweet moments but not to sweet. Okay chemistry. Some mystery, but nothing to intriguing.

This reminded me of the series “ Faith”. Modern doctor times travel and etc. The uniqueness of these series is that it took place often, had tons of humor but it was also heartfelt. Time traveling doctors are faced with people the harsh realities of the current time. They both have something to learn to grow. It was a fun watch.
There was a lot of action, comedy, a little romance, mystery as well as heartfelt moments. For me what I like the most about this series was that the writers did an amazing job in revealing each character‘s personality to include what they saw as their strengths and what they learned about their weaknesses.

This was a really good series. I was very skeptical about watching it because of the rating but I must say that I think this is one of the best Taiwanese movies that I’ve actually watch. There was no supremely high-class divas, there were no extremely naïve females. The story was good. The build up was good. There were tons of sweet moments. There were no cliche repeats. The chemistry was good. Aside from the one scheming person, there almost no plotting people. Not to cheesy. Just right. This is definitely one of the more upbeat, romantic comedies. There is some drama in it but it is an appropriate amount and it’s not over the top. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice and sweet romance to watch. The only thing that I do not like about this series is the ending. Although it was not a tragic or bad ending it just seemed rushed. To elaborate on that rush, what I mean is that there were things that were discovered and a major event that happened and they somehow wrapped it up in less than five minutes. New insight: there is a way to lower the value of an ending evening if it’s a good ending. In hindsight it was good and it gives a conclusive ending.

This is most likely one or the best family dramas that I have watched. I must admit that it is also the shortest. I really enjoyed this drama and how it uniquely tied two families together and found a way to not only keep you entertained but I’d give you tons of laughs. I loved it the relationship among the family members themselves as well as the people that they considered family. I believe that this series is different from the other family drama is because you will not see the berating or belittling of an Inlaw aka disgustingly rude to daughter-in-law but you will see a parent extremely distasteful to a potential daughter in law. I won’t lie the mother-in-law was absolutely awful before they actually became family but I am glad that I didn’t have to witness 50 episode of married daughter in law being miss treated by her evil mother-in-law. the things that happened before were pretty rough but the balance that happened and how it played out was good. I believe that the supporting cast was almost as important as the main leads. Overall this was really good and I am just overjoyed that they did not drag this out to 100 episodes because that would’ve ruined it.
There were zero senseless breakups and zero dragged out misunderstandings. Loved it.

Amazing. I was on the edge of my seat at episode 1. This show was so captivating, you won’t want to miss a thing. Suspense, corporate plots, greed, power and justice. It revolves around a powerful company and it members, the things they do to protect themselves and the sacrifices they make to maintain it all. Sadly the sacrifices were the average man. The acting of the cast was amazing. The supporting cast was top notch. You will laugh at funny scenes and truly applaud the skills these actresses and actors posses. This was not romantic series although there were a few clips that were sweet. It’s 90% revenge and plotting, but its awesome.

This series was fun to watch. There are so many moments that I had a woman by the end even more moments where I just laughed. I must admit that I found the relationship between the side characters a little more interesting in the main leads simply because the main female lead personality was portrayed as someone who was very resistant to having a relationship and it went on for quite a while wHich was no fun.
Series revolves around so many people but I will say that the main couple or appear to be individual that had it connected pass and we’re now given a new opportunity to reconnect. The interesting part about that is it’s not the typical relationship there’s something tied to it which was not very pleasant. For the most part you’ll love it, but that ending though, you wonder what, why, huh. The ending somewhat ruined it for me, which gives it a low rewatch value from me. There loop wholes for main and side characters.

If you’re into romantic series where the female lead is very resistant and puts up a good fight before excepting the relationship and this will be it.

I really enjoyed the series but for some reason I still felt like it was a little longer than it needed to be, even though it was only 15 episodes. The plot was great and I had so many laughs. I would say that this is worth the watch. The series was short and sweet and will most certainly tug at your heart strings. I know there were many scenes that had the cast in tears and the reason for those tears would make even the toughest person get a little sentimental. This was an enjoyable series to watch. It wasn’t the typical rich guy meets poor girl or a rich guy meets damsel in distress. This was so much more. There was action, drama, tears, growth, comedy and a boldness from the female lead that you will cheer for.

Remake of meteor garden with a different feel. Sweet girl meets conceded guy and the fun begins. I personally like this adaptation over the newer meteor garden as this one seems more believable and the characters seems a little more mature. The series starts off quite entertaining and most will laugh within the first 10 minutes of the show starting. I absolutely love that the writers didn’t make the female lead weak and incapable. It shows that she is smart and has a back bone. On another note I love that the male lead started out appearing arrogant. The writers were able to show how he developed over time into who he really was. They did a great job of displaying the main leads as well as the supporting cast. All of them did amazing job.

This was such a sweet series. I honestly thought it was going to be boring and drab but it wasn’t. It was well written, cute, funny at times and sweet. This is most certainly an easy watch that you’ll enjoy. No naive characters. This was unique and fun to watch. I can honestly say that this will fall into my romantic drama, comedy series. Those many scenes were serious, there were so many sweet and heartfelt ones as well. Be forewarned there is a little of the rich guy arrogance but not to much. There’s some mystery but not so much that you’re lost or confused. It was just right.

I really think I could’ve enjoyed the series if it wasn’t so long. I went in with the knowledge of its length however the content of the show became repetitive around episode eight. I don’t know if this review will be of use to anyone because in all fairness I did not watch the entire 129 episodes because I absolutely could not. I skipped around a great deal and I do mean a great deal of skipping. There was a lot of drama but also a lot of the wicked people winning out until almost the very end. Although the good people had some nice moments to me it just seem seemed too much.

I’m ashamed to say that I watched this series twice only because I forgot I watched it the first time. I am not a fan of the female lead. For some reason she always portrays a person with a strong personality. She’s either super naïve, extremely annoying or a snob. I am just not a fan. On another note the series starts out okay but went south and it just did nothing for me. they created an amazing relationship between the two female leads and then it sort of became toxic or one-sided, where one is always sacrificing for the other or getting the short end of the stick. I feel bad because of how things turned out for the second female lead and then the ending was just not gratifying. I’m so not sorry. I wouldn't recommend this to my hopeless romantics at all. If your in to the unrequited love or found love but to late dramas you may like this but I didn’t.

Series follows the lives of various women but focuses more on one though they are all connected. Started out descent and at a good pace. The plot develops with ease. Just when you thought it was smooth sailing, turbulence hits, then the calm and then the really, really, was it necessary and why ending. No happily ever after, no victory ending. It was like “really, after all of that, this is how it ends. If you’re looking for a sweet romance this is not it. If you’re looking for a heartfelt romantic drama I would place it in this category however because of the nature of the series in the events that took place as well as the ending I didn’t care for it that much. I wouldn’t even call this a bittersweet romance. Just sad, not even tragic.

I enjoyed watching the series. It was very eventful and entertaining. The series revolves around high school students and their families and how they use their wealth as status. It also goes into the expectation placed on them to maintain and expand that wealth. What I like most about the series was that it was interesting to watch and they were very few the moments. There is always something taking place or a meaningful conversation going on. If you’re into teen/idol dramas you may really enjoy this one. It has the jealous girlfriend as well as the insane girlfriend or that girl that will do justThe about anything to get her way. The cast had great chemistry.
