Unexpectedly Fun—But Definitely Not for Everyone
My biggest recommendation: if you're only into BLs, don't enjoy sitcoms, or prefer serious shows—this one might not be for you. It’s definitely a niche kind of fun, and clearly aimed at a specific audience.
Normally, I’d skip something like this, but:
It’s BOC, so the production quality is guaranteed.
I already liked most of the cast.
I watched it with my Thai friends—and that completely elevated the experience to a 10/10. They were laughing the whole time! The humor is very Thai, full of local jokes and energy you might miss if you're not familiar with the culture.
The intro sequence was fantastic—huge kudos to the artist—and the soundtrack was a surprise hit. I didn’t expect to hear Bible rapping, but now it’s stuck in my head.
Overall, it was a fun, unserious, relaxing watch with just enough plot to hold things together. A great vibe if that’s what you’re looking for.
The only downside for me was the constant use of sound effects—like, every two seconds. But that might just be a personal pet peeve (I don’t like laugh tracks in American sitcoms either).
