I’m so damaged by kdrama writers the past few years that my brain can’t stop thinking possibilities of how can they ruin such a perfect drama. BTW Han Jimin is even more beautiful than the previous episodes
It's got that old school charm. The pacing is great too.
Yes and I miss it, in the recent years they try so much to make it global that they miss the point of what make them go global in the first place. I miss romance like this.
How do they grow up as siblings and what does even mean that ? And you take the word “oppa” aka brother way…
yes, and she will probably be with the only option available, the one without family will be her brother, and the other her husband. Now all of them are family legally
Is so funny how they excuse it with but they didn’t live on the same house, they were together 24/7, eat together,…
Omg is this your first kdrama ? She call them oppa and that different from person to person even if the word translates to brother, they call their boyfriend oppa too, so are you saying that all Korea has a brotherly complex? And just to be clear if you go to school with someone eat with someone and sometimes sleep in the same house you automatically become siblings? Because that’s what we do with our friends when we are at kindergarten, open your f eyes it’s not difficult
it's not literally incest but it's a bit uncomfortable to see them dating ( specially for some ppl like me who…
How do they grow up as siblings and what does even mean that ? And you take the word “oppa” aka brother way out of context, they don’t use it in the same context as we use it. They can mean a lot of things, they call oppa even people that they barely know if they are older that them. In my eyes at best they grow up as best friends.
I think this drama represents the inner fantasy of women in Korea to have younger men as a lover or partner😁😁😁…
I don’t know what are you talking about but I’m a man in my early 30 and I assure you if Jung Ryeo Won was the 43 years old woman I will date her in a heartbeat, fvck it I would have date her even if I was 25
This give me Something in the Rain vibes and I hate it for that. I have a feeling that they will date early in the drama and that is always a bad thing. I can’t fathom what kind of bs are gonna pull to break up and for how long. Btw I really like the first 2 episode and the chemistry is very good
I just finished the show, and I really don't get the hate for the FL. I think she is probably the strongest FL in this type of drama. Strength doesn't always come in the same form. The FL here was mentally broken from her family and also very much in debt because they raised her when she lost her family. Even then, she tried her best not to make rushed decisions. She didn't want to just take her chance with the ML without being 100% committed to the relationship. She didn't want to hurt him a second time, and that's why I love her for it. The dating era of this couple is also my favorite part. There's no push and pull, no secrets, no breakups, no nonsense between them. They show how much they love each other in every possible way. It's common for most dramas nowadays to lose their charm when they start dating, but here it was so good I didn't want it to end.
I’m on episode 17, but it feels like I’ve skipped at least 2 episodes. They’re discussing things I assume I know, but it’s my first time hearing about them. Probably because they had to cut many scenes due to the 40-episode rule in modern Chinese dramas.
