15 minutes in and i have noticed at least 10 ai generated 'scene's... i thought maybe it was just me, but i looked…
This series certainly uses AI for subtle things like the food effects in the fantastical dream sequences that have some suspect looking artifacts that are typical of AI, but I highly doubt they are using it to create people or anything like that.
Obviously they need to use green screens to place the actors in the effects, but the effects themselves are undoubtedly at points in the show generated by AI. The parent company that produces this show, CJ ENM, is well noted for pushing the use of AI this year.
Studio Dragon is owned by CJ ENM, one of the largest entertainment companies in Korea, which has been heavily promoting their use of AI in their content since this past summer. I understand that they have made reputable and quality dramas in the past without it but they are shifting focus and starting to use AI often.
Sure they need a green screen to put the actor into the scene with the effects, but the graphics and visuals digitally added to the green screen background are frequently AI.
I like this show and I don't want to be a downer but there is too much AI used for the funny "food ecstasy" cut scenes. You can notice it very clearly in the chicken with mustard scene from EP 9, the giant chicken dripping with mustard sauce is clearly AI generated. Not a fan at all of seeing that used in kdramas.
these older dramas destroy me, the emotional desperation hits so deep it shakes me up. I know it's overly melodramatic, I know parts of it are silly, I know it's stupid when he puts on a mustache and sunglasses... but I feel their love and I feel their pain. I need to find another classic to watch.
Two episodes in and loving it, nervous for what will happen between Han Soo and Eun Hee. Hopefully he will redeem…
Aiight just finished. So good! I think of all the relationships I liked Eun Hui and Mi Ran the most. Something about their reconciliation really shook me, very strong emotions, very beautifully acted.
