(currently on episode 4) please anyone clarify: was kim ji yong the one actually killing or was the other vigilante…
Kim Ji Yong wasn’t the one killing everyone. The three people shown on TV were killed by the rich guy. He also killed the man in the hospital and was covering up for the main character (he’s kind of a fan of his or something like that)
before you watch this drama please don’t check comments, watch it and decide it yourself. this is actually a…
Basically, there wasn’t anything serious between them yet (compared to Eve’s boyfriend, who cheated on her and acts like nothing happened). I condemn the actions of the main character, who should have broken up with his fiancee first before insisting on his feelings for Eve, who kept rejecting him. I don’t justify their actions, but I like how it was all portrayed in the series — nobody’s perfect.
everytime I decide to watch this drama i watch these bad reviews and low rating. and my mind changes. please for…
Over the time I've been watching dramas, I've realized that reviews are a very subjective thing. A drama with good ratings doesn't always guarantee that I'll like it, and negative reviews don't necessarily mean it's bad for me. So, there's no need to rely on others opinions. Even if it doesn't become your favorite drama, you'll gain your own experience and be able to evaluate it for yourself.
The first episodes of the drama Light Shop seemed quite boring and emotionless to me, and I even thought about dropping it. However, I decided to give it a chance, and I don’t regret it. The later part evoked many emotions — sadness, compassion, and pain. If the beginning feels difficult, I suggest being patient — the drama truly has something to show, addressing important themes
The first two episodes are boring and confusing. They didn't really make me want to keep watching, but I'll give it another chance and watch the third episode. I hope I change my mind.
For me it's the same. I truly enjoy watching this. The characters aren't meant to be perfect. Their point of views…
Absolutely agree with you. The fact that this drama doesn’t impose judgments and lets viewers decide how to perceive the characters and their decisions is what makes it so special. These ethical dilemmas combined with the mix of space and biology add a fresh and unique perspective. It’s definitely not for everyone, but that’s what makes it stand out.
I feel like people who might have enjoyed this drama could pass it by because of all the negative reviews. That’s why I want to share what truly touched my heart.
I didn’t start watching this drama because of the cast, even though my favorite actor is in it. I was drawn to the theme itself – space. Koreans rarely make dramas about space, but when they do, it usually turns out pretty well. That’s why I was 99.9% sure I would like this story.
After watching the first few episodes, I was captivated by the atmosphere and how the series managed to combine a sci-fi theme with emotional depth. The visuals deserve praise – the filming locations, special effects, and cinematography create a truly immersive atmosphere.
I also want to highlight the characters. They feel real, each with their own personality, motivation, and internal conflicts. Yes, they are imperfect, but unlike other dramas with stereotypical characters, they seem genuine. That’s what draws me to them: I can reflect on their actions and decisions. The dynamic between the characters adds emotional tension and keeps your attention throughout.
Yes, the drama has its flaws: some plot points could have been developed better, and some scenes feel a bit drawn out. But this didn’t overshadow my overall impression. The story touched me and made me think about dreams and the price we’re willing to pay to achieve them.
After reading this comment section, I think I'm the only one enjoying this drama.
You're not the only one, I'm on the team. I noticed that when people (myself included) write something good about this drama, others immediately show up as if it's their duty to trash the drama or mock us for liking it. It kind of kills the desire to post here
