As a fan of horror and zombie genres, I thought it was pretty good and enjoyable despite its many flaws. Some of the characters weren't well fleshed out and weren't really given a backstory. There's a specific character where I thought "Wow, the writers really gave you no story". Some of the subplots with certain characters went nowhere despite being given so much airtime. Some of the decisions made by some of the characters (or the lack thereof) were also questionable. I saw there were some criticisms about the acting and pacing, but I didn't find any issues with those. Despite all of these things, I think I really just enjoyed watching the students going around the high school fighting zombies. The main plot was very suspenseful. Each episode had something exciting happen. I binged watched the entire show in one sitting. I also liked how they started almost every episode with some humor as a break from everything that was happening in the show.
Side note: Is it just me or does Onjo kinda look like actress Kim Ji Won?

Some women don't show the typical symptoms of pregnancy and don't know that they're pregnant until they go into labor. There's a whole show about women who go through that experience called "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant", I'm assuming the writers went with that explanation.

Thanks for the reply! What do you mean the authors wanted the webtoon to go in a different direction? What happened? What stopped them from doing so?

How exactly does the drama deviate from the webtoon? Give me spoilers. I don't care lol.
I've also read on here that the drama has a different ending than the webtoon. So if they do announce a 2nd season, would it be a completely different/original plot than shown in the webtoon?

Questions for those who have read the webtoon! I've read maybe a quarter to a half of the webtoon (before the Webtoon app started charging ?).
