Am I the only one who sees Soo Ho as less than an entirely benign, friendly, and good-hearted friend who just…
"Everyone here seems to have missed Soo Ho's line to BS in the karaoke hallway, in which he informed him and I paraphrase "how dare you not do as I say, how dare you act this way when I told you not to, after all I've done for you, after all I've lowered myself to be your friend, etc" and yes he didn't say that last part exactly but that's pretty close to what he meant"
I didn't miss that!
Agreed that he's no saint! He's a flawed person who said and did off-putting things he didn't mean in the heat of the moment
He unnecessarily triggered Hongkyung (Beomseok)! You don't drive someone who's been bullied at home and school up the wall and expect them to be okay!
That said, he does care for Hongkyung (Beomseok) and Jihoon (Shieun)
Hongkyung (Beomseok) accused him of having the desire to minimize and undermine others
And hearing the person he cared for accuse him of the things strangers who didn't know anything about him accused him of broke him
To my comment below I want to add that as much as I see sh as a flawed character and less than snowy white, I…
I'm impressed by Jihoon and Hyunwook's performances!
Jihoon played the role of an introverted small mochi whose emotions can not be easily read through his blank facial expressions and monotonous voice
Hyunwook played the role of an extroverted Hulk incarnate whose emotions can be easily read through his facial expressions
They gravitated to each other, resolved their differences and married happily ever after-
*Tries not to derail the conversation*
My point was that inexperienced actors would have been scarred by their intense roles
My resting bitch face can't be as mighty as Jihoon's eventhough I've practiced for 10 years! How he managed to pull it off in 1 year is beyond me, and I want to see more of the duo in similar, future projects!
I know, I groaned when they introduced her as a love interest. The show really doesn't need an obnoxious girl…
If I'm projecting because I'm a BL fan, you're projecting because you have something against BL fans
Sexual harassment is WORSE than non-sexual harassment. What Sooho and Beomseok did was nowhere near what she did
Not that they "harassed" him by requesting his assistance. They helped Shieun and Shieun helped them out in return
"Forcefully fed," delulu much?
He didn't shove it down his throat. No means no and sooho would have given up, unlike the obnoxious girl that "forcefully" shoved herself down his throat
I know, I groaned when they introduced her as a love interest. The show really doesn't need an obnoxious girl…
Sooho and Beomseok didn't inappropriately "flirt" with Shieun right after encouraging their group of friends to "make it quick" and intimidate him in public
She grabbed him by the arm, pestered him to play the role of her fake "boyfriend," inappropriately "flirted" with him and took his phone without asking to add her number
He was so uncomfortable by the physical contact that he didn't want to share his name with her
Him: excuse me, can I leave? Her: you can't! Him: why? Her: I can't eat alone! Him: *sighs* Her: *takes his phone to call his number* it's my number, save it! What's your name? Him: why? Her: you're a douchebag, I like that! Men who are douchebags are just my type!
As a socially anxious person who doesn't want "friends," I would have a problem with her approach
When did Sooho and Beomseok invade his boundaries to that extent, on the first day at that? They were more careful with him
Jihoon (Shieun) and Hyunwook (Sooho) were a honeymoon couple from the get-goNoone can change my mind
Aww, that was a wholesome, romantic scene for sure!
Remember episode 1 where Hyunwook (Sooho) defended Jihoon (Shieun) and "crashed" at his place temporarily to quench his thirst by drinking Jihoon (Shieun)'s bottle of water? 👀
"Maybe we were a couple in our past lives" was so suspicious that Jihoon (Shieun) would have already fallen for Hyunwook (Sooho) and vice versa by the end of episode 3 if authors and producers plucked up the courage to depict a gay relationship: https://imgur.com/a/NfWRFyO
My grey hoodie that tremendously comforts me in stressful situations looks exactly like the grey hoodie that Jihoon (Shieun) wore at school! My hoodie is everywhere
I didn't miss that!

That's why he reacted rashly
Jihoon played the role of an introverted small mochi whose emotions can not be easily read through his blank facial expressions and monotonous voice
Hyunwook played the role of an extroverted Hulk incarnate whose emotions can be easily read through his facial expressions
They gravitated to each other, resolved their differences and married happily ever after-

That's because our Jihoon is a man of culture
His anger towards his bullies would be justified
His anger towards Jihoon (Shieun) and Hyunwook (Sooho)? There’s a 99% chance that I’m going to say "no" to that
I wish better people supported him and helped him avenge his past. The gang he got tangled up with were toxic gold diggers
He's a wounded survivor of bullying who felt that he's never enough for anyone
Jihoon (Shieun) and Hyunwook (Sooho) proved him wrong ... until bratty Lee Yeon (Young Yi) joined and replaced him
He felt left out and ignored by his people
"You're not one of them. You're their minion"
"You act cocky because you're with Shieun and Sooho"
He wasn't actually proven wrong, which had a negative effect on his low self-esteem
Who wouldn't snap?
I explained how she sexually harassed him. Re-watch the first few episodes

YOU are projecting, sweatie
You want to ignore her problematic behaviour
Remember episode 1 where Hyunwook (Sooho) defended Jihoon (Shieun) and "crashed" at his place temporarily to quench his thirst by drinking Jihoon (Shieun)'s bottle of water? 👀
That's what I meant by get-go
Noone can change my mind
You're placing her on a pedestal
I wouldn't be okay with a demanding brat that invades boundaries. Jihoon (Shieun) was clearly uncomfortable when she stuck to him like a glue
Leave the boys alone 🙄
He FED him, y'all
He wanted his love to snag a bite from his plate. My ship is sailing
Hyunwook (Sooho) possesses the muscle power
Their strengths complete each other
