Title Tawipob
I like the 2011 version of this drama, but this one is just so much better!!!

The writers gave time for Thep and Manee's relationship to develop more organically, and so it's very sweet to watch them get closer to each other. Also, FL is more mature and focused, even though she doesn't lose her mischievous edge that endears her to Thep – we se him SMILE when she plays around with him, and we can read his amusement and regard.

As much as I loved Thep in 2011, here the actor was in another level entirely – his expressions and reactions, there are just so many feelings on his face! Closer to end, when there is problem with France, that scene when they cry and tears fall down his eyes.... Gosh, I'm not Thai, but I was crying and my heart broke for them, and for what their country's difficulties meant for them.

As other reviewers also pointed out, they actually managed to come back to the present on the day of their wedding, and so Manee and Thep manage to meet her mother and say goodbye to her friends. It's was such a beautiful moment! And the conversation that let to that, of Thep insisting Manee go to the mirror when it starts shinning because he knew she missed her other... There was a lot of character development there.

Of course, there are fewer characters and much less importance given to others that barely show up – the main foccus was clearly the main couple, but mostly Manee and the effects of the mirror in her life and the lives of others closer to her.

The behavior of some characters is also different, less 'politically correct' in ways, but more human and closer to reality if we consider the time period, prejudices and expectations at the end of 19th century.

This drama is so very worthy!!! I hope one day a subber actually adopts this project!!

Title Bad Romance
I am truly sorry to say it, because I loved Together With Me and was waiting to be entirely satisfied with this drama – but, really. Bad Romance was a mess. There is no other way to explain what happened to the plot (also, a shout out to the scriptwriter and director of TWM that made Yihwa, Korn and Knocks characters so much more lovable and alive than in this first installment).

I loved this drama sooo much!! Wallace Huo was simply perfect as Bo Jin Yan!! And Sandra Ma, even though her acting was not as great as in Oh My General (really, she stole the show on that drama), her character had life and a personality all her own. This was an amazing story, beautiful development between the main leads, and a funny, super intelligent best friend to wrap it up!

sent to the future? you mean the end of season 1? i think that timeline doesn't exist anymore
So season 2 was actually a "prequel" of sorts, right? It's like, when they came back they staged things to put in motion what would happen between them for we to have the season 1 (like Chang Chang's soul being secured on the prince's body). It would make season 3 the real season 2 then. kkkkk

But you are right, things weren't properly explained

*prays for a happy ending* (I think your prayer is more likely to answered!)
*also praying now* Chinese dramas indeed have a particular way to destroy ones hopes when we are least expecting... With that last scene on the trailer, I'm a bit weary, but it seems such a beautiful story that I probably will go truth with it (praying all along for a HEA kkkk)

It seems sooo cute... And then the trailer got intense. Like, really intense. Mixed feelings about what to wait of this one - hoping for a happy ending though kkkkk

For all that I've seen so far, it is supposed to be mainly set in the ancient times... Apparently they'll go back…
In the pictures of the set a lot of the dead characters from season one were together, in their costumes, so I supposed it's meant to be a "reboot", probably from the day of their wedding (?)

It makes me think how will the two brothers relationship be, and whether they'll fight for the throne slash girl again.

Title Oh! My Emperor Season 2 Spoiler
The drama was as funny and enjoyable as was season 1... The end was a mess. Even though we can get the main ideia, it felt confusing, as if even the directors couldn't decide what happened to her (time travel, past life, both...), so they just threw the characters there and left it to us to decide what it was all about. I usually like open endings, but not something SO open it was confusing.

Is this still going to be set in ancient times? Or is it gonna be more modern?
For all that I've seen so far, it is supposed to be mainly set in the ancient times... Apparently they'll go back (thanks to soul-suppressing orb), bu only Liancheng will remember what happened in the first season, so he'll have to win Tan'er back kkkk

If this isn't the sequel then why would they put previous series flashback? That's something I will…
That was something that also made me confused... I was expecting both of them to remember their past lives or something like that. Also, the absence of the other princes made it all a bit strange to me, I don't know. First season was sooo amazing - maybe I just had too high expectations for this.
