Everybody may not think that the love story for the FLs best friend wasn't really needed. But I think differently, this drama showed us 3 different love stories and honestly all 3 was great to see.
We got to see the classic "Love at first sight + Unrequited Love" with our 2 MC. Then theres the "Cat vs Dog" couple from our 2nd leads who annoys each other and eventually falls for each other. Lastly, we have the super classic trope of "Rich vs Poor", we've always seen this trope where 1 of the pairing is really well off and none of the parents are very supportive.
I truly enjoyed this drama, wish we have more upcoming modern dramas that are similar to this. This was a great healing modern drama IMO. It was rare to see a very supportive parents, and from start to finish there was no crazy breakups or super toxic character.
Super Recommended, 1 of the better CDRAMA of the year for sure. And I won't lie, this drama might have 1 of the best second leads ever in a CDRAMA.
I know some people find He Xin Di annoying, but her character is pretty important in this story IMO. Unlike our…
Everybody needs to see this comment to really understand her character and role in here. Her character brings that realistic mindset. I get why everybody is annoyed by her but man they need to understand her role at least.
I couldn't wait and hold myself so I checked out both eps 12 and 13 without any subtitles and MY GOD, folks get ur tissue boxes ready cause these 2 episodes is way too heavy. I just skimmed through it but fk that still made me cry so hard.
Im sure everybody here has seen the trailer and has an idea on how this drama will go to. If everything is going to what I'm imagining it to, this drama will be my favorite of 2024. Just from the trailers alone, it made me cry and really have these different kind of emotions that im not accustomed to.
Having watch all 5 episodes, so far its really going in that route were expecting it to. But, despite that, I think most of us are really here for all of it. I love this drama already even with just 5 episodes. They showed us several different kind of families that are actually happening in this REAL world of ours. A full family with successfull parents but has a struggle on understanding their kids. A single parent who is always happy and cheerful. Theres also that 1 family whos got successfull parents but never have time for their kids, always away for business. I'm loving this drama because we get to see all of these situations and we as watchers can fully or somewhat relate to them. I just love how everything is portrayed on this drama, the relationships with all the families, with all the friends and of course future workers and etc. I also love how we get to see different kind of situations and hardships.
Lastly, everybody here the actors and actresses are really performing their best in my opinion. Everything about this drama is just so well made and well DONE.
I trully hope for the ending that everybody want but we also gotta face the reality. So, I really won't mind any ending they give me but by the end of this show all i know is that I will be running out of tissue boxes.
Ayooooo is it me or they miscast our cool Grandpa? Grandpa was tall and where's the beard???? We need the webtoon grandpa mannnn, I loved that grandpa. I'm pretty satisfied with the other casts so far. My favorite has gotta be the sister, shes exactly like the webtoon character, full of energy and I LOVE IT!
I was actually okay with this ending. But there was a certain character missing on that ending ughhhhh!!!!!!!I wish they brought the Polices daughter and them meeting each other again!!!!! I wish we had that moments between the 2 characters, cause they showed that on the Manwha/Webtoon. Overall they ended this on a good note, I wish they had kept it like the Webtoon thou cause "Death is Cruel" after all.
i liked the story and end was good too but it would have been nicer if they showed us how he continued his life.…
were actually so lucky to witness that they gave him a happy ending here. It wasn't the case on the Manwha/Webtoon, they just killed em off. But thats why this is 1 of the best adaptation out there, they stuck with the story but made changes along the way.
This story feels like home for me as I've been in that same shoes as our ML. Found somebody and connected really well but she was in a long term relationship which was also falling. I'll give props to these actors as these are all the actual feelings you would feel when you are in this situation. Being in this situation wasn't always the greatest in fact you can easily destroy yourself from it. The constant lies you have to always say and the longing for that person can easily get you in a depressive state.
I just finished Ep 9 and I'm telling myself if I should keep watching this and remind me of my past or just move on. I know too well that this is a show, so we will most likely get a happy ending but in most cases, situations like this never gets a happy ending. I can say this from my experiences but maybe for the others who has dealt with a similar situation got a happy ending.
I actually really love the drama, especially how they portray and deliver all those emotions. The director or writer seems to have experienced a similar situation that's they could deliver something great like this. I'm willing to take a chance and slowly finish this and see the outcome for our leads. I wish them the best and hopes for a great ending and truly LOVE each other.
Honestly this was a great way of showing a character like our FL. I'm sure there are people like her who has a hard time accepting those help and love around her. We may never know if she changes or not, but, that's all up to your imagination to decide.
This airport scene was really important, as it slowly showed us that our FL who was never wagering on not changing can acutally slowly change. Yes it wasn't anything big but for her to say YES at that moment shows us that shes capable and willing to change.
I truly believe that she is willing to change herself. Sometimes you learn from the hard way where you don't get that happy ending. But she has somebody that truly trust and believes in her.
I still prefer the 1st Soundtrack, but I just love how they showed and portrayed the characters in here.
Mannnnnn i know this show is far from over, but if they keep this up, this show will definitely become my favorite modern cdrama for 2023. BIG FINGERS CROSS, they dont rush the ending or add some annoying characters. I love everything about this show, the friends, the family, the coworkers, every relationship with both MC is great so far. I love how we get a mix of cooking, musical and of course the ASMR on this show. Im a big fan of Hospital Playlist and this show just reminds me of that, the energy and friendships with everybody is so pleasing in the eyes. Also cant forget the chemistry of this MC, this is my 1st show for the both of them and MA GOSHHH, I LOVE EMMM BOTH!!!!!
I've seen most of the comments in here, has any1 mentioned the candy or gums that XS always take. I feel like its an important matter for his character. Im no psychologist but people who always have something to chew on is usually people who are always stress or have some kind of trauma. Yes we saw his trauma which was great to see about his father and uncle. But Im just amazed how the writers or director implemented that (hoping that was the case). Anyways both leads was an amazing character, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Hmmmmmmmn I'm definitely loving the leads, but the editing is throwing me off. If you guys watch everything closely there was several cuts that didn't allign.
