I hated her acting in Vincenzo, it was really bad, but here she was great and also in Be melodramatic.

Don’t waste your time. This was a hot mess

I haven’t watched the original. Since everyone says the original is way better, I decided to watch this one first so that I wouldn’t be influenced by the original. Unfortunately this drama was a hot mess and now I’m scared of watching the original if it’s like this one. The writers of this drama did whatever they wanted even if it didn’t make sense. The timeline was all over the place, the pacing very slow, I was confused more than half of the show and not in a good way, the whole story was convoluted and don’t get me started on that ending. I wasted 12 hours of my life. I don’t understand why this mess has such a high rating. The only good thing about this drama was the acting, it was superb.

I understand your point but OP still has the right to her/his opinion not be attacked for it. I personally never saw a disclaimer ever. It didn’t bother me the way it was portrait because it is a work of fiction but I found that ,at times, the way it was executed, was convoluted.

I agree. I didn’t like the story. There was so much potential to make a better story if she would’ve ended with the other guy.

The second couple was awful. He betrayed his friend. Gives the lamest excuse for it. Kisses her when she’s young without her consent. They want to make us believe he has loved her since then. She meets this guy (before she decides she’s in love with him) about 4 times in her life (he wasn’t the one dealing with her writing at the beginning). She’s always been in love with her ex (they have great chemistry ) she even uses his name as her pen name. She’s been waiting for him for years, longing for him, writes all her characters after him. Then she meets him again and the writers decide to switch the narrative and now she hates him and falls for the other dude who just sits there all the time looking mean and dry. It was all awful.

I liked the drama but didn’t love it. There was no chemistry between the leads and it wasn’t the actors fault but the writing. I hated her bbf’s story and who she ended with. It frustrated me. She has no chemistry with the dude and he was dryer than the Sahara desert (will expand on spoiler marked comment). I found the ending underwhelming.

Also, what’s up with the crazy twist of the FL’s mom been alive and not contacting her family for 18 years???? I know she was afraid but she could’ve contacted her husband and have her whole family move to Thailand with her and away from the evil people. So now she decides she wants to live with her daughter? Also, nobody changes that much in 18 years (unless you’re a kid). The judge and her own daughter can’t recognize her? She just has a different haircut.
