That "fight" between Li Sheng and Yang Jin phahahaa I laughed so much! I'm now laughing and enjoying every scene…
I love this too! I think Fei is supposed to be a teen or in her early 20’s. I think her being rude attributes to her environment. In their sect she barely has any girl friends except for her cousin, the only girl friend she has is Chuchu which she met after going out of the sect. She talks like a man, abrupt, matter of fact, and rough at times. But that is slowly changing as well since she met Xie Yun who constantly tells her she’s being rude or hurtful albeit in a playful manner.
Wow! Only 2 episodes in and I'm already in love. I have to say, 2018 is turning out to be a good year for K-dramas.…
So true. Just five minutes into the first episode I found myself crying. Lee Sung Kyung did things to my heart. Sadly I won't be able to see any dramas for 6 months!
I am barely hanging there. It surely is not one of your run off the mill dramas. Everything is unraveling at the dramas own pace. There are a few mysteries or questions I would like to be answered as this drama continues.
1. What is the background of the 4 religious leaders in that cult. We have seen so far(as far as ep 8) Ms. Kang's past, but I'd really like to know the other 3 especially the spiritual father.
2. What happened to han san hwan's mother. Why did she end up like that.
3. How did the cult started?
4. What is in that living water they kept using? Is it really just water? Or is it something else?
I hope all this questions will be answered in time. Do you guys agree?
I wanted to make a review on this and I did but turns out it is against the rules to post any review before the show ends. Anyway, I'll probably just wait until it ends. Until then let's see how everything goes. There are still four episodes left and two weeks to go.
This drama made me fall in love with Nam Joo Hyuk. He was actually the guy I admire watching in Scarlet Heart Ryeo and I was so pleasantly surprised that he could pull such a character here in Weightlifting Fairy without overdoing it. It made me wish I could have Joon Hyeong in life.
The first episode was a bit bland, but not enough to put me off from watching. I like the story and I like how the story progressed. The ending was sad because the girl left him but I like how it shows how selfless she is. Suho needs to polish his acting skills but even if it was the case he did a pretty nice job acting his role, in the end he made me believe. The girl is new but I like how she acts. I like their cute chemistry as well, and needless to say I ship them ❤ . Hopefully I they get to do another series together, this time a full 16 ep 1 hour long, when they both have grown as an actor enough to lead in a series. BTW I like how hot he is when his sweating
Can anyone please tell me or comment objectively on Shin Se Kyung's acting?
I really wanted to know if she is a good actress. When I opened the list of lead roles of Bride of the Water God, I saw that she was playing the role of So Ah. I don't want to be disappointed with this drama especially since she is paired with Nam Joo Hyuk, he may still be new in the industry but he is a great actor. And mainly because I am a fan of the manga. So Ah in the manga is reserved yet strong and gentle at the same time. I want to know if she could handle that kind of role.
