Looks right at first glance but if you think about eastern countries like Korea, Japan and Taiwan they're far away from even India but they're among top 10 fastest internet countries and even cheaper. And if you look at China they have very cheap and speedy internet almost 1/4 price and more than double speed.
And about users small country like Korea has equal or more users than India but still they're fastest in world....now tell Does any of these reasons make sense??
