No its not bad but at that time I didn't enjoy it, its popular everywhere and have very very high ratings on IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes so I rewatched it last night but its still 5. I still can't get into that movie. Don't know I just look for overall entertainment and feelings and I don't pay much attention to other filming aspects like direction etc. You should watch it, as a filmmaker you can find its reason of high ratings and then tell me reasons ^^

There is fantasy as genre in Love Rain's profile, so I thought there might be some fantasy elements...and thanks ^^

Yup, it have great ending and totally different feeling. It isn't that much tearjerker but soft people can cry...

About Missing You, its perfect melodrama. It sounds good and it can be special, for now its above average...I'd give it 8 for now.

I haven't interacted much with East Asian but there was a Japanese neighbor for few months, I heard her English it was very good but still weird compared to my. I think its because of their native languages...My native language doesn't affect much on my English but other people have that weirdness in their English because of our language.

LOL You're right, if they're not together in the end then the whole story is pointless and waste of time. For gate scene scenario 2 seems perfect and for bicycle riding scene 1 looks perfect.
