I love Memories of Matsuko & Confessions a lot! Latter is superb example of psychological thriller!

I'm going to watch only Giant from on hold...I may stop watching shows. My main interest is movies. However I'll watch some shows if they're highly recommended.

lol that's the worst drama ever! I rated it 2 but still I dragged it till that point...very frustrating experience in beginning...

What's so surprising? We didn't tell anyone and invited only few family members and close friends. I don't want any attention of media on my wife ;)

Interview with Kim Ki-Duk at the time of THE ISLE's (SEOM) release that raised exactly the same question as many of us will have here. His answer pertained to the metaphorical notion that essentially human beings are all "islands", singular and unique in our own ways, yet (largely) harbour the propensity to gravitate towards others. Though Kim Yu-Suk's character was individualistic enough to set himself apart from others, and he fled to the fishing lake as a means of hiding that eventually transgressed into a mindset of a solitary existence, Su Jung's Hee-Jin was his very own "desert island" that he ultimately bore refuge in. I think the greater message was that the human heart is "the isle" of the title, and that (for many) sex and love will always be intangibly intertwined. Those final images were just a semi-surrealist representation of that idiom.

Someone described this movie perfectly - "Beautiful or Sick, take your pick"

Sato Takeru is not main focus of story but he'll appear more in next episodes :)
