Ok, I haven't heard anything about his recent behaviours but if that is true then that is a shame. Apparently he's best mates with Nam Joo-hyuk so I'm wondering what he thinks about all this and I still find it strange why the victim is only revealing this 15 years later. If I was the victim I would've told the teacher about him so they could just call his parents and make him apologise. The wrath of asian parents would usually solve it.

Yes I agree that he shouldn't of bullied people back when he was 12-13, but it's 15 years now... it's not like he's still a bully. If he was still a bully then he should be condemned to this degree imo. I was racially bullied back in high school but if the bullies have changed for the better and was sorry for back then then it's all under the bridge. But that's just me tho.

I feel like if Jisoo was a Western/Hollywood actor, he wouldn't be condemned to this degree.
