A Classic Taiwanese BL With A Twist!
Two different pairings with variant stories, you can really can’t decide whom to root for!
The only thing that caught my attention when Line TV started promoting this show was Parker Mao. We have already seen him in the 2023 recliner “You Are Mine”. Though the show didn’t make any waves and was quietly forgotten, fans would obviously remember Parker’s good looks. Here he continues with his hardheaded “Boss” act, only this time it extends to kidnapping and threats. The first few minutes of the pilot episode will make you wonder if you are watching a mafia romance with Parker prancing around and ordering his ten lackeys to kidnap a bewildered guy who was just live-streaming to his barely existing audiences. Makes you wonder what’s so special about the guy that he deserves to be kidnapped in a body bag. The situation is so hilarious, I failed to understand why Tang Du Zhi needed an army of ten men to kidnap Wang Zhan. The first two episodes leave you with more questions that will definitely keep you hooked!
