JossGawin's Magic is Addictive!!!
Imagine being a small-town guy with a rare blood condition, finally stepping into the big city for a new life—only to realize that your blood is basically the vampire equivalent of caviar. That’s Tong’s life in My Golden Blood, and let’s just say, things escalated quickly.
Tong, a sheltered orphan suffering from hemophilia, has spent his entire life wrapped in bubble wrap (figuratively… mostly). Raised in a remote village, he and his best friend Tonkla finally break free and head to Bangkok for higher studies. But city life isn’t just about noodles at 2 AM and bad WiFi—especially when you accidentally land yourself in a den of vampires.
Our rebellious protagonist, feeling self-conscious about his condition, decides to switch things up—by sneaking out, dressing as his best friend, and getting a part-time job. Smart? Questionable. Entertaining? Absolutely. Unfortunately, this genius plan leads him straight into the fangs of the very creatures he was supposed to be protected from. Turns out, his golden blood isn’t just a poetic metaphor—it’s a priceless, mythical substance, and if the wrong people get a taste, we’re looking at a full-blown supernatural war.
