in dramaland we have to let go of logic and just enjoy it š
Itās called suspension of disbelief. Google AI overview; ā Suspension of disbelief is the act of accepting something as real or believable, even though you know it's not, in order to enjoy a story or experience. It allows audiences to be fully immersed in fictional worlds and narratives, letting go of critical thinking and embracing the fantastical or illogical aspects of a story.ā
Nah I donāt think they had fishy business before. They are on a guest/ cameo roles. Amd the ML throwing the…
ššš why was I thinking he can't move on that's why he picked it up when I can be delusional and think he picked it up for fl . I actually love that though.

No fishy business. It makes sense how the friend and ex would have gradually fallen for eachother during the 2…
Exactly! I love the symbolism the writer keeps sprinkling at us.
Even the handkerchief- when the CEO handed his to KHM's she was visibly uncomfortable even before she knew who he was. It was almost like she was betraying Yun's handkerchiefs by accepting another's š¤ (Also love how the handkerchief has morphed into one of the support characters at this point š).
I totally agree with your last point. Once Yun has his own family, he'll be able to be more understanding with the ex's situation. He's still trapped in the past.
The director probably used the CEO as a tool to make us and the male lead jealous, but him getting so close to…
Ex and Yun Gym shenanigans- TMAI 𤣠I seriously half expected the ex to confront Yun to get some intel. Instead he was busy sculking around a blissfully unaware Yun š
Imagine if Yun actually asked him why was the ex following him?š¤£

True that could be a possibility. I mean she must have been nice (if we leave the whole abortion arc out of the equation) if she got Yun to let loose the way he was in their flashbacks. Who would have ever thought Yun made soap during his off time after all eh? The friend might have given up his feelings onceYun and the Ex got together? Or may be he never even realized it. Who knows š
His entire reaction to her pregnancy was disrespectful and taunting. She was incredibly patient with him. She's…
I do see her point of view-in fact I am in her position myself at the moment (choose to be child free/ single since I'm not ready for the next step despite everybody's pressure).
I also understand why she hid it from him BUT after he found out by accident, she shouldn't have continued with the charade. Even when he gave her a chance to explain herself she continued to deny the pregnancy. I get that she might have panicked at the moment and at the time I watched that episode I was open minded enough to understand that you can't judge her since we didn't know her side.
After ep 5 though, it's hard to be more supportive towards her because of the way she said it. She herself admitted that the way she handled the abortion was wrong and she should have told him but then later saying that if he had sticked around longer, the kid could have been his is just being defensive again.
Is it really fair of her to expect him to just be ok with her deception and continue to play "happy doggo" family with her? It's not just the abortion itself but the fact that she lied about it. The way she phrased it was wrong.
Yes things could have been different but it isn't only the ML's reponsibility to stay with her despite what she did. It was her responsibility too to work together in their marriage. She herself acknowledged that Yun was a good person. Is it seriously that unreasonable to think that she could have at least tried to be honest with him at any point at all? At least after he found out? If they split up because it was clear they were incompatible, she had no right to twll him he should have stuck around when she herself didn't know that she would change her mind later. Did she expect him to wait till they were old and grey for her to want kids? Imagine the resentment that would have built upš
There are better ways to tell Yun to move on.
The way she said it is borderline gaslighting him into believing that his feelings did not matter at all during their marriage. The fact that he let her go instead of forcing her to change her mind shows that he wasn't that unreasonable. Hell, he even let her be the main parent of their dog (if he truly despised her, he could have used his lawyer skills to negotiate the co-parenting terms in a way that was favourable to him).

Saying his āentireā reaction is disrespectful isnāt fair at all.
Sure he should move on but honestly how would you feel if your partner not only hid an abortion from you but even continued to lie about it even after you told her you knew about the pregnancy? By her own words, they agreed to be child free but if they are partners, the least she could have done is to let him know whatās going on. Abortions arenāt safe for the mother even at times. What if she died during the abortion and he had no idea what was going on? She broke their partnership the moment she deceived him.
Her telling him that the baby could have been his if he was patient is cruel and disrespectful for both Yun (and even her current husband) because she never gave him the chance to even know what was going on. She sidelined him completely. If the maid didnāt show him the test he would have never known after all. Asking someone to be patient after getting caught lying is arrogant of her.
Her reasoning for the abortion is completely understandable but she shouldnāt have kept him in the dark (she admitted it too).
This drama goes two ways: you like it or you don't. Depending on how you feel about Slice of Life stories- there's no hidden deep, dark secret, lingering tensed romance or drama. It's just about lawyers who are friends and working trying to navigate life. They work, they share life updates, they meet up and eat, support/encourage each other and they go home. It's a mundane moments of life. So if you like that type of genre and you're not looking for intense drama or intense story lines. This is for you. If not, you won't enjoy it. For me, I liked it, cause it feels relatable to life- going to classes/ work, talking to my friends and eating together when we hang out and of course questioning what is right or wrong when dealing with human beings. It's a drama about life. Simple. Even the romance between the main leads seems more realistic than that of the typical romance we see in other dramas- they meet each other before they're flirted on a trip, meet each other years later, still had lingering feeling and started dating after a while- it was not a drag at all, it something you see happen in real life. I liked it! it's a 8.5/10 for me.
The little girl is such a great actress, I could feel her fear through the screen.
I agree, sheās didnāt say much the entire drama but you could feel her emotions. Thatās a good indicator that sheās in a good field for her. Wishing her all the best!
Iām really going to miss this show, very underrated. I think it should have been 16 episodes. Iād give it a solid 8.5. We need more adult dramas like this that focus less on romance.
Whatās wrong with the comment? So what if thereās a loveline? Please stop trying to act superior. The chemistry…
āIn every intense drama, a loveline is like a touch of sweetness added to make viewers feel a bit more at ease, so please donāt reject it or act superior. This year, shows like One High School Hero, Mercy for None, and Trigger have been way too overrated, so stop pretending that being a pure thriller or action series automatically makes it good, please.

Idk why but getting married would've been like a nice touch to the story
