I can say that my wish is coming true and we can enjoy more and more kind, cute and funny male lead characters instead of the stereotypical arrogant, bad and so-called cool ones..
I've watched the original series 8 years ago and it became one of my favorites. I enjoyed this version for the first couple of episodes and I liked the idea of the emperor's sworn brothers and/or sister being commoners instead of royalty like the previous one. But to be honest, I'm disappointed in the storyline as it evolved mostly around the evil concubine and her manipulation and it got boring. The only characters who stayed true to their characteristics through the series are the second brother and octopus girl, who made the show fun to watch.
It's like watching the teens version of the drama, both leads are too cute..
Story-wise having watched the original Full House 10 years ago, I'm suprised by the amount of cliches the story had which I didn't realize because it was my second drama and I was hocked =p

4 episodes into the show and I still can't find it interesting and the characters are unlikable except for Kim…
Just finished episode 8 and couldn't continue. I'm very impressed with Kim min ho's character and acting but that wouldn't justify wasting another 12 hours of my life watching a drama that I find boring.
Thank you ladies, now I'm content with my "Dropped" status =).
What exactly is so good about this? I made myself watch 15 episodes and to be honest I found it quite boring.…
Totally agree, full of cliches and tropes!! Can't believe I was trolled by the high rating and recommendations.. Dropped it after watching 8 episodes..
Btw you have the cutest gif ever, nothing can beats Cao Cao's laugh <3
She's adorable especially when she says "Oppa", can't get enough of her XD.
Such a coincidence!! I've started Healer yesterday after my friend nagged me to watch it. But couldn't get past ep 4, I like action but not the superman type of action. I'll give it another shot today.
Exactly!! The quirkiness of the drama and Ji sung's acting and characters left me unable to start any new drama. I just find other dramas boring and the main leads are stiff and "one-dimensional" characters.
Already dropped 3 dramas, It's all Ahn yo na's fault XD
EXPECTATIONS were not met, romance-wise..
But, why the melodrama tag??
And the ending totally made sense, since the emperor is untrustworthy and being his empress is a life imprisonment and miserable.
