Yeah I wanted to see Chu Tao reaction to her mistress passing and see Tantai Jin completely broken. Hate that the scene with her crying and mourning in front of the two fallen Ye men bodies at night was cut

The radio version, to me, had much more powerful impact. It had a lot more indent on the characters emotions with the additional scenes. Although Susu said the same lines in both tower sequence, she expressed them differently in the two versions.

In the book, she said those words with disappointment, resentment and resolve about their moments together and how he threw them all away because of his game she grew tired of playing that she wanted to leave him for good, hoping to go back to her home with her loving family even if it means her death.

In the radio format, Susu expressed them with great sadness & pain when she started the marrow transplant. She gave her last blessing to him, hoping he would followed her wish to stop being a demon & become God. She then prayed with all might brokenheartedly, she never want to see him again.

I like that in the radio drama, Curve Jade had her final moment talking to Tantai Jin during the marrow transplant. This showed how much she understands him as she expresses with sadness the consequences of losing the person he truly loved but failed to cherish till her last moment since it's all too late for him.

I like their rivalry yet respectable bromance they have.

That's why I enjoyed the radio format. It stayed faithful the the original with the additional scene that made it more impact and I love how the end of the 1st season showed a different ending involving Tantai Jin compare to the book

I so would like to see Si Ying & Susu interactions due to their odd connection with Mo Nv & Si Ying history with her parents. (Bet she would praise her from rebelling her scum like father)

I plan to add that idea into my fanfic

It seems Deng Wei Lost you Forever will be spitting 2 part. 1st season 34 episode. The 2nd will be 3 months after the 1st season finale

I support their decisions regardless the outcome, even if LYX is like me (we're in our 30s) who focused more in his career and work than dating. I'm glad my Asian parents aren't like the typical ones where they asked me to go on dates, getting married with a someone they chose or having kids.
