Seeing how the c-governments really screwed the tv industries, delaying all their dramas like this, made me glad that at least I got to see this one which is one my favorite book series had aired before all of this. Right now I'm waiting for 2 Asian American dramas to come out this year and an animated series based on the video game franchised

There was a video with LX & BL writing the final letter to each other as Tantai Jin/Cang Jiuming & Li Susu. In her letter, she said that this time she'll be looking for him like he did with her for 500 years

Or Inuyasha soundtracks. I find them more fitting to the series

Japan did aired their own Wuxia fantasy called the raven of the inner palace. They did a real good job with the animation style

They would mostly add more demons not vampire or zombies. Demon slaying is still a trend there.

Yeah I agreed, dark romance themes are popular there

Question: Should the drama ever gets a animated adaptation which country you think is a good place do it? & which title would you like to be

Compare to C-drama, K-dramas & J-dramas are still doing well.

I know, all these years of complaining about the over population now that the wish is coming true, they tried to reverse it

I have a feeling that the country situation is just like the Sheng kingdom with the rulers care more about their ego and profits over their own people

I feel that the Chinese citizens there are right now being treated like our poor Tantai Jin.

Believe me when I say this, the ones I knew back in the days weren't this severe of a small freedom of speech. During the dispute with my Canadian country and the Covid lockdown, the governments there became more ruthless to its own citizens that even I find it inhumane. They really have forgotten what their ancestors fought in the ancient time for their independency by undermining everything they gave their life for their future generations

The Coms are really being dicks over one little joke. At least the ones from a certain other country are more supportive to the freedom of creativities, speeches and journalism compare to the ones in China

there's also tv series like the Vampire diaries & the Orphans with lots of doppelgängers

All I can say to them is, try your best finding dramas where actors who can play more than 1 character at once like BL, LX, DW, CDL. Really not an easy feat even in Hollywood

What do you expect from the current coms in China, they want to control everything for profits and make the people bow down before them.
