What backlash? I don't follow the news, I just watch the dramas. If you want to see something similar try Dominion 2014–2015. Or just watch the movie 'Legion'.

Well, after watching it, I feel empty and bad. I just kept watching believing there is an explanation of what's happening, why is it happening. Dominion (TV Series 2014-2015) was more entertaining.
