His movie The legend of Condor Heroes is waiting for the release.
Now XZ is filming drama Zang Hai Zhuan and next project is rummored to be another movie - starts filming in summer.

I think the romance part was the weak side of the movie. Focus on immigration would have been better from my point of view.
Overall an ok watch, acting was good but I was expecting more in terms of plot/ story.

They are referencing Portuguese as English because Japan did not knew about them till that point. There were only the chatolic lords and portuguese

I didn't see the trailer. Just read the synopis here on MDL , saw mystery, fantasy,bromance so was expecting stg like for exp A league of Noblemen 😅

Just saw ep 2 too , did not catch my attention. It looks like it might improve later on but not my style. Found also boring the 2 eps. Despite
the slapstick, editing , cgi also the story start lacks. Will dropp it 😏
