Agree with you that this board of comments has gone wild. It is the first time when I seen on MDL board answers to people opinions like " do not watch, hater, go watch stg else" etc. Usually I seen only constructive boards with lots of info on mdl.
Also a Xu Kai fan here but first episodes of this drama are far from what we expected. Stating a fact does not make you a hater. Let's just hope for his sake this drama gets better with next episodes in.

Seen first 2 episodes. Story is interesting & Xu Kai fighting moves and visuals are great. Did not sense any chemistry though with the FL in the scenes they had together. Let's see if that will change in next episodes.
Special effects seem outdated.

I sometimes wonder why they can not stop a drama at 17 or 20 episodes. Why do they have to ruin something that started really good just to add more unnecessary twists and more episodes? Too bad for the great start of this drama and nice idea.

Just seen it and liked it. Not a masterpiece but better than I expected. YIBO indeed very suited for this role and character, he seemed like he was in his comfort zone. The special effects were quite nice, really giving you the vibe of the real deal. Overall a good watch!
