Yes, I agree, although the agency tells them to keep distance so that their future collaborations with other actors and actresses can have a chance to become as sweet as this cp, but this is too unprofessional. It is too unprofessional from Cheng Yis side . He should have known how good it would have been if they at least just acted normal. He should stop doing everything his agency tells him to do. I watched "Love and Redemption" in 2021, and after watching I saw a clip of Cheng Yi ignoring Bingyan. This ending concert really ruined the drama and ruined the cp. The trailer of Cheng Yis new drama with Yang Zi’s came out yesterday, I really don’t want to watch it.

Okay okay... let me explain my point of view. Yes as a newly recognized actor who gained alot of viewers thanks to this work he may listen to his agency for more works in the future. But also as a newly recognized actor who bursted into popularity thanks to this one work and most important his costar Yuan Bing Yan who is the biggest reason for this drama to be a hit. Without her I doubt whether this work will be as it is today. For me, the reason for this drama to become so good is mainly because of the two actors, therefore the almost no interaction on the ending concert is a minus. I can understand that the agency didn't wanted to much interactions between them to break the cp so that their future dramas with other costars could have a chance. I'm also sure that the staff have communicated with both Yuan Bing Yan and Cheng Yi and I believe they sure have agreed to avoid interacting with each other as much as possible, but still Bing Yan tried at least to interact a bit to not make the cp fans disappointed, but Cheng Yi didn't interact with her at all, he didn't even look at her once. As a person, the most basic thing is politeness, besides his popularity is from Yu Si Feng and Chu Xuan Ji together and not only Cheng Yi as Yu Si Feng. He really made Yuan Bing Yan look awkward.
