Am I the only one who found this drama fascinatingly boring?? I like Zhang Linghe , but this drama was just not it. Please, no hate, just expressing my opinion…
The story is bonkers, but the chemistry is ON FIRE🔥🔥🔥 I am so surprised that with such an iconic duo in this drama, there is like zero promotion. Thankfully I accidentally saw an edit on YouTube that informed me it even existed.
I was so hyped for this one… I waited to watch it ever since the first teaser trailer. Now it’s so sad that it turned out to be such disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, I really like both actors and couldn’t be happier to see them working together. They have great chemistry and do a decent job in this drama. The problem is the editing for me. The scenes cut in strange places and sometimes the transitions are odd. The story could have been interesting if it was a 16 episode drama and not 30+ when they drag the story so painfully to the point where it’s hard to watch. It’s just sad, because it had potential. I really hope Shen Yue and Lin Yi work together in future projects, because this one is not it.
Love everything about this drama. The story, the chemistry, Li Xian’s voice and the beautiful OST. A breath of fresh air. We need more realistic romance Chinese dramas!!!
Can’t we just have episode 2 as a whole series, please? Or a movie? Please…! My problem with this series is that I liked episode 2 so much that I didn’t like the other episodes at all. I was just hoping to see the leads from episode 2 in the other episodes, that is why I watched the whole thing. Seriously, we need a Puff Kuo and Terrance Lau series asap. This is a great pairing for a drama.
lol am I the only one who actually enjoyed the movie? It was a good thriller, yeah, it’s nothing new under the sun, but the acting was really good. The parts with the memories of the female cop really hit me hard. There was also a lot of symbolism. Overall enjoyed it a lot and recommend to anyone who like me is a fan of Taiwanese crime and thriller dramas.
He really made a big impression on me in Born to run. His character was so lovable and down to earth. His acting is really natural and believable. Of course, he is a very handsome and manly man as all the other comments say, but I especially enjoy his voice and expressions. Would love to see him again soon in another good project. 加油!
i tried watching this but it is too fluffy-shoujoish for me 😭 i would enjoy it better if i were younger, when…
My thoughts exactly. It is beyond me how they were able to produce 33 episodes of absolutely nothing else but fluf. No drama, no conflict, no logic whatsoever… I used to enjoy these kinds of stuff when I was younger. Either I lost my faith in such perfect relationships or I just grew up.
My favourite Chinese drama of all time! I am so surprised by Leon Leong’s real voice. It’s so calm and soothing. It is best if he doesn’t get dubbed in his future projects. Vivienne Tien is so talented. It is my first time seeing her in any Chinese production. will definitely keep an eye for her other stuff in the future. They were both amazing in this drama. Just perfect for their roles and for each other.
I don’t find the leads as attractive or good looking but here for the storyline. Mini dramas are more of guilty…
it’s my fist time hearing mini dramas do not need to go through censorship. It makes a lot more sense now why dramas like Maid’s Revenge exist. So interesting!
I am so sad I have to drop this one. The story sounds promising and I really liked the aesthetics of the production. BUT I can’t get past the fact that the female lead is the ONLY ONE with her voice dubbed. Everyone else uses their real voice. I just don’t get why the director would do that to us. Every conversation in this drama sounds ridiculous to me, because everyone else sounds normal and the female lead sounds like an AI…. really frustrating. I was looking forward to this drama, because I was interested in the male lead’s performance. Guess I have to wait for his next project.
I loved this drama so much. The chemistry between the two leads was amazing. They felt like a real couple. The kids were so cute! Everything about this drama made me smile. It was so worth watching!
Their chemistry is on FIRE!!! I just love these two together. In my opinion, this drama is even better than “Maid’s Revenge”. The plot is much better written and the production seems more high quality. The songs they chose for the soundtrack are unexpectedly quite good too. The only bad part is it’s super short. I NEED MOREEE!
