I have no problem with straight couples or straight shows, but there's nothing wrong with not wanting to watch a show cuz there's no BL. It's the same thing as people who won't watch the show if the leads are ugly. And while it can be shallow.. For me I can't enjoy straight shows AS MUCH anymore because I am addicted to BL.
I will watch straight couples, but nowadays SOMETIMES they actually fail to catch my interest. I think in general I have fallen from the rom-com genre. I can't enjoy it as much anymore unless it's gay... Oops Sorry. It's something I can work on as time goes by, but that is how it is for many I believe. (And that's not completely true because I couldn't get through LBC.. It's so boring just watching Ae and Pete being cute like that.. I don't care!)
And trust me why I love BL, I do not fetishize gay people or relationships. People are people and a gay relationship in real life is not anymore exciting than a straight one, but it is on screen.. Because I am a straight girl. Point, blank, period.
And maybe you are not saying anything bad about me? I just thought I'd share my point of view too.

The first 2 episodes are AWESOME!

..The Thai people are wrong. I agree with people not thinking Strong was attractive, (at first) but even so.. I kept watching because I'm not the type who watches for eye candy. But I loved the main couple and dreaded the MewArt scenes, so I don't really understand everybody?
MewArt off screen was cute till recently, but their actually story sucked!!! I loved the main couple.. it just didn't work out how I wanted. :///

Not to speak badly, but I really don't think Mew will be in the top 6.

That would be cool. But on the positive side (I am in school), May is the end of the school year so I can watch this to start winding down from school and it will stretch into Summer Break. For me as long as the series is coming out, I am satisfied! I never knew if OffGun would get another series, so it is cool.

I do not agree. I usually only watch Chinese and Thai BL, but I started watching Japanese stuff like yesterday!! And though they have different styles, it's all BL! If you just want to see a cute love story between two guys, this is for anyone! BL fans all the time watch dramas with only hints of BL because they're desperate, so I feel like most will enjoy this.

The series is in May?! UGHHH!!! WHY?!

Thanks for informing people.. I like shows and support stuff in general so I have mixed feelings. I'm upset the old cast is gone. That's number 1. But I am somewhat happy they will start from the beginning so we can feel out the new cast but am a little bit sad because I have to watch the same thing again and have to what longer till the real season 2???

I'm surprised with the negative opinions on this show. To me the show is great and funny. Yes, the cliche plots may be kind of annoying.. but I think this drama is a better one (when talking about BL cliches). I like all the characters and have no problem with any single one. Looming forward to episode 6.

I think Pete is on the more annoying side but for now have no problem with him.
And I also really like the show! Just difference in opinion I guess. The porn friend is really funny and I'm looking forward to Tin and Can because I can't wait to see Tin's character development. But to each their own. To me this is just like any other BL drama.. which I pretty much all enjoy (unless they keep cheating... STOP CHEATING!!!).

I actually don't understand this opinion. Didn't have this thought once. For me I have no problem with cute/small and slightly whiny characters. For me he is fine.

I'm really enjoying the drama so far, and I like a straight couple in a BL drama too!!! I have no plans on watching a Thai drama without a BL couple for now (b/c that's what I watch Thai dramas for), but I do enjoy the straight couples because when everyrone's gay it starts to get a little unrealistic. LOL. And despite that I find them cute no matter what.
