I got to episode 22 and just haven’t gone back

Not me coming to ask a question about the plot, only to find out this hasn't aired yet. I thought this came out around the same time as Legend of Shen Li.

If you get the chance, I would recommend the novel this show was adapted from. While the show made a couple of good choices in how it adapted the story, it really pales in comparison to the novel IMO simply because of the reasoning for why the characters did what they did.

All that aside, I am enjoying the show.

it’s a great watch! it encapsulated the first season of the anime with notable, but not disruptive changes.

I'm still mad about the ending, and I keep hoping they'll re-release it with better editing and a proper conclusion
