I don't think, we're in middle of drama and Jerry seems be important character + is played by famous actor so probably he will be alive till end of the drama or die in one of the last episode but not now

Do you think that YH can be still alive?

There was a scene where dr. Lee talked with someone about BR real memories so he must to know from the beginning who is a real killer. Also, for sure someone helping dr. Lee, other person from phone call and I think different person was before dr lee in BR flat and hit him.
I think YH can cooperate with Dr. Lee and his dead and brain transplant were falsified. All world through he is a real culprit so falsified dead it was the only chance to save him.

Also, we didn't see YH and Head Hunter full visit in prison and meeting dr. Lee with Yohan.
