Overall really enjoyed this! The storyline was surprisingly really complex, while still keeping it light in humor with all the other shenanigan's going on. Only wished we could've delved into it a bit more into the stuff with Chin and his dad instead of leaving the reveal until the end. The actors all performed really well with the all stars, like many have pointed out, being definitely the leads but especially Pie (Chin). He absolutely nailed it! Really interested in their ages as this is a first project for many. With them all playing fairly young characters, I was surprised to see that Oat (Zo) is in his late 20's, according to MDL, and a quick peak on IG it looks like a majority of the main cast have graduated uni. Dong (Yu) is even a dentist! One thing that kept irking me was how similar Bank (Jed) looks so similar to another newbie thai actor Man who was in "The Yearbook" and is starring in 2 more productions later this year. So much so that I was sure they were related but can't find anything so must be a doppelganger. Overall would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bingeable teen drama that doesn't shy away from sex. That little reveal at the end was the icing on the cake!!

Yeah the original teaser, tho different from the movel, and the casts reactions is what got me tho most interested. I'm still going to check it out, but don't have high expectations.

Agree, the teaser was a lot more interesting. It seems they've changed the plot so 3 times now and it was already so vague. Its getting more and more generic.

I can understand why people were uncomfortable with this History series, but going into it after reading about all the problems, I actually thoroughly enjoyed it! I LOVED the main couple. I thought they were hilarious and the actors very charming. Story-wise, pretty on par with what I would expect from this franchise. Having seen all the History series, they don't have a good track record so I have learned to lower my expectations. Knowing that there were going to be fujoshis and brother lovers didn't stop me from watching, and it allowed me to appreciate the good bits more. The only part that made me truly uncomfortable was the brother's relationship. Yes, the r*pe, assault, sex scene, whatever you wanna call it, was extremely uncomfortable to watch, but it didn't bother me as much as how they proceeded with their story afterward. Yeah people say you can't help who you fall in love with but Yong Jie was not in love with Hsing Ssu, he was obsessed with him. He was very obviously mentally unwell and I wish they had brought more attention to that. It made me quite sad to see how Hsing Ssu was basically coerced to be with Yong Jie, and he himself being so desperate for love, I was devastated he couldn't get a better ending. Them being stepbrothers is a very common trope I've seen in Chinese and Taiwanese bl's, so I'm used to it, but this wasn't your typical trope. My man was emotionally manipulated by not only Yong Jie but his own mother. That's f*cked up man.
