I am not so sure. I never read the novel and I haven't finished watching Joy Of Life Season 2 but his role probably appears frequently because in Season 2 his role is frequent, though Xiao Zhan is nolonger acting that role in Season 2. I just replied just in case you haven't watched Season 2

Well, Gong Jun as the male lead is still okay. I would have been glad if they had put one actor in both series. Just like they did in Eternal Love and Eternal love of dream. Anyway, looking at Gong Jun's busy schedule, acting in this series Dashing Youth would have been impossible. But I can't wait for the An He Zhuan to air, I am so excited. I wish it all the success and smooth production🙂.

I first watched this series because of the Male lead Neo, but when I realised how this series was connected to Tales of Dark River I was waiting for the scene where Su Muyu enters. They chose a good actor who portrayed Su Muyu's kind nature despite being the Head of assasins who guards the Supreme leader of Dark River.☺️☺️😂I am so happy to be watching this. I hope that when they make an adaptation of Tales of Dark River they make the same actor act as Su Muyu. I hope they include Su Changshe's scene too! Anyway I look forward to watching this series. Its much enjoyable to watch for me than the anime it was adapted from, especially after you first watch Tales of Dark River before it.

Anyway I look forward to it. I waited for long and I'm happy it's airing soon. The way it ended was superb.

*It is not good to put actors and their role as one because actors are different from their role. Roles are just characters created by humans but actors are humans who portray characters. They aren't the same but it's hard to separate them the two at times.)

I know most people will be saying a lot but I will say what I think about changing the cast. Lee Joon Gi is a great actor, but will his maturity and style link with the innocence Saya kinda has. Saya is kinda evil but at the same time he has this side that if you see it you wouldn't think he is something else altogether. Even if the previous cast refused to act out this role, I conflicted by Lee taking over it's just....If you are a Marvel fan, I think you will understand. Yes it good to put actors and their roles as one because they are different but it's hard. If I hear the name Black Widow I think of Scarlet Johansson. I don't know if you guys will understand. Maybe I'm completely wrong but do understand the point of view of people who liked Song Joong Ki's acting. It just drains your power

I understand you. it's complicated but no offense the actor's usual series and this series, the mood, the tone, everything is going to be hard to imitate. The way the previous male lead acted his role just fit him. This is not just about replacing the cast it's more. In this Industry acting and the actor kinda connect it sets the whole mood for people to watch something. I hope you will understand if you deeply watch Marvel. Even the scripts online aren't written Black Widow. They are written Scarlet Johansson. The previous cast refused but from the Maturity that the now actor has, will it be able to protray the innocence Saya had? Just think deep

This is what my Literature teacher told me, people at times don't manage to differentiate between acting and reality. To tell the truth this version helped people a lot to understand that it was just acting because some people linked the ML and his role. They are different. It was a wise decision to air this version 👏🏽👏🏽

I heard someone say they made the trailer a bit lighter but they say its gng to be serious. I think the satirical side of it is to make the drama lighter as it reveals extreme serious themes in the drama. Let's wait and see

The moment they appeared it just made us remember that some people owe us a Season 2😂. But on a serious note their acting is just so good that l knew the drama would be a hit because they deserve great scripts. So it's not about bias. We trust the whole Production team

I think in season 2 you will get to see a lot of Xiao Zhan. I pray he won't take an evil character in the drama, but no lies the drama was just Awesome. Too Awesome 🎉🎉

I'm seeing a lot of talks on Lusi so l won't say much here. I'm happy she is acting in another Ancient drama so I'm reassured that it will be a hit and l pray it will be. As for Yang Yang😂😂 so far in his recent drama that aired yesterday he is dng wonders. After 2 years he is back and I'm so over the top l just can't stop laughing and smiling. I'm so happy. Sometimes someone in that time of their life want to watch a bit of it. In some way Romance Asian dramas can bring back a sweet dream that some girls wished for. It's fun and hilarious n can give some strength to carry. At the end of the day in life most of us get to fall in love so don't be disappointed by how people are fascinated by romance because it is sweet and give them a reflection of themselves sometimes. If u don't like Romance it's still fine. I watch everything because l want to know how it's like in this industry since l wanna join it. If u don't like it, don't get frustrated towards those who like it. Hantka?
