He Rufei's face was never revealed until ML cut off the mask. FL received the sword when they were teenagers and studying in the academy. After the academy days they both went to the army. FL raised from a normal week soldier to a General. This whole time they never met. So it's normal to not recognize a classmate from years ago. Even with the height and build I don't think ML was in mental state to observe that much. 1) In about ep 25 they admit they both like each other. but they were married since ep 2 and they had a great chemistry since then. 2) Yeah in last few episodes there's a breakup. 3) There was someone pinning for FL (She's not interested in him) 4) YES 5) For me, I like there romance. They care for each other. 6) Don't expect spicy scenes bcs FL actress was barely 18 when they filmed the drama. So kisses are very toned down.
For me I really like their chemistry. They support and help each other.
