waaahhhh... dear god, please be a happy ending coz i really really want to watch this drama 🥹🥹

yeah, i agree with u about the ml, i’ve seen two of his dramas, and frankly, I'm not a fan of his acting.. so sadly, i think i'll skip this one..

ah ic, we have a very different perspective on that.. but, it can't be helped, everyone have their on pov..

i just search the witch, is it the one with jinyoung fr got7? i haven't watch it yet.. honestly the kdrama has been really boring for me in this couple of years, so i've been watching cdrama more, btw i grew up with cdrama in early 90s before goong make me fall in love with yoon eun hye lol..

actually, i have a similar experience with bon apetite ur majesty, it really hype even before the release, and i'm so excited to watch it before i go slump in disapoinment, imo, too boring & no chemistry, but i brace my self with alot skips and the ending really left me with big "how?" lol...

back to the witch, the most important question for me, is it happy ending or not?

for those who are in doubt about watching a drama or not, just watch it first.. don't trust reviews too much, maybe their tastes are not the same as yours.. I myself almost missed a good drama (in my opinion) because the review from a youtuber I follow was not that good, I was very relieved because my curiosity overcame my trust in other people's reviews.. since then I decided to watch it myself first to decide whether the drama was good or not in my own opinion.. it's never too late to dropped if it doesn't suit your taste, I myself once dropped a c drama at eps 12 out of 40 eps

well maybe i'm the kind to came for visual.. i'm a very lighthearted drama person, which i don't like too heavy drama plot, too many tears, and a BIG NO for sad endings.. i mean irl it's already hell we lived through.. so, yeah...
so, as of now, this drama really really suit my taste.. i loved it.. i rewatch some of the sweet scene for getting my mood up.. i really really enjoy this drama 🥰🧡
i also have dramas that i dropped, there are many people who work hard to produce the drama, even though the results are not as good as we hoped, or maybe it's just not our cup of tea, but i don't have enough heart to give them under 5-6 stars

I will recommend dramas that I like but for dramas that I don't like I will suggest people to try watching it themselves to judge whether it suits their taste or not, rather than saying no recommendation from the start.

can't bring my self to watch this drama till the end, even with alot of skips.. the story, the chemistry, the acting -not blaming the artist though, i've already watch another drama from both the main leads, and it's good- is just not for me.. so i dropped it and move on

i just finish Gen2Gen today, and i finish it in just 2 days bcoz for me, although the plot is cliche -i already can guess the mastermind- but it still interesting and entertaining for me, and before gen2gen, i just finish How Dare You, and before that Glory, and before that Fated Hearts, and before that When Destiny Brings the Demon, and so on... i also watch ZLH dramas, even before he became A lister -i watch maiden holmes & sparkle love while in quarantine-
my point from this long comment is, i think they're all great actors, You don't need to put others down to praise others 😊
if you don't like a drama, it's not necessarily because the actor is bad, but it could be because the story isn't interesting enough for you 😊

waahh... udah lama ga ada drama yang akhirannya sangat memuaskan kayak gini... walaupun jalan ceritanya udah ketebak, tp buatku drama ini tetep menarik & aq menonton tanpa skip.. Zhou Yi Ran makin ganteeeeng aja... cocok bgt meranin karakter Mu Qingyan.. walaupun adegan romance nya cuma dikiiitt bgt, cuma pas akhiran aja, tp tetep menghibur kok.. apalagi ternyata ada wan peng sm li yunrui jugaaa... buatku menonton drama & film adalah hiburan dari paitnya dunia nyata, jadi aq ga terlalu mikirin akhirannya masuk akal atau enggak, yah namanya jg cerita fiksi, selama itu happy ending aq puas & seneng bgt nontonnya 🥰🥰 10/10 dr aq... rewatch? maybe not, tp bakalan nyari shorts nya aja, krn Zhou Yi Ran cakeeepp bgt di drama ini 🤭😍😍😍

I didn't expect that at the end of the drama I will like xia jing yan character. I feel sorry for him, I believe he could be a better person if princess xiyang could truly love him back..
for overall drama, i'm rating this 7.5/10, not gonna rewatch it.. maybe it's just me, but i don't realy feel the chemistry between the main leads.. their romantic/kiss scene didn't give me butterfly effect, it's just feel flat for me.. as a matter of fact, imo the chemistry between xia jing yan & xiyang is more 🔥

dari 3 drama modern/kontemporer yg seminggu ini aq tonton berturut² : The Best Thing, Shine on Me, sama Speed and Love, drama ini sih yg sampe eps akhir ga terlalu bikin ngantuk..
cuma, cara FL ngomong itu kadang² bikin annoying jg krn hampir di semua drama dia kayak gitu terus cara ngomongnya.. tp di beberapa adegan, cara ngmg dia yg kayak gitu emang pas sih sm karakternya si FL..
Trus yg agak nyebelin jg itu karakter si ML yg mengambil keputusan sendiei dgn alasan klasik "terbaik utk FL", ya tapi klo ga gitu ga seru ya dramanya jadi pendek & flat ajaa 🤣
baca di salah satu review yg bilang katanya ini mirip Forbidden Flower nya Jerry Yan, klo menurut aq sih beda yaa.. jalan ceritanya beda bgt, karakter²a jg beda bgt, yg sama itu cuma ML yg demen bgt pake tanktop kemana² 🤣🤣 cuma jujur menurut aq lebih cocok Jin Zhao sih drpd Xiao Han.. penampilan Xiao Han itu bikin aq dejavu bgt sm Tao Ming Tse 🤣🤣

biasanya aq ga suka open ending apalagi sad ending drama, it's a bih ni for me.. tapi, yg 1 ini pengecualian..

and why do they don't put the extra scene on netflix? it's the same with story of kunning palace, i must search on yt for the extra episode, but at least kunning palace still gave satisfying ending without the have to watch the extra episode

gosh.. i'm struggling to finish this drama.. only the love for the main leads that keeps me moving on each episodes.. really love them on princess royal, and their other individual projects, but this one honestly such a disappointment.. i think the production team only rely on the star power of the main leads, but without good production, it's not enough

what's up with the review? ik u can speak whatever ur opinion is, but i can't understand why so many of u give this drama rating 6-7? this drama have fantastic cast, fantastic acting, fantastic chemistry, fantastic ost, it have comedy, anger, tears, and it have a god damn HAPPY ENDING!! what did u expect for kdrama or cdrama romcom/melodrama plot rn? it's all a repeated theme/plot u already seen. just for the acting from the cast it self i give this drama 10/10. good job for all the actors and crew, thank you for making me laugh, and cry, and giving me a superb visual, fantastic pairing, the best kdrama main couple in recent years, imo, sory for the broken english, i just got a lil bit frustation reading the review, thank you
