Reminded me a lot of altered carbon. First season main character "borrowed" another guys body but then got one that was a copy of his original body. I really liked this drama, both seasons. It had its weak spots but most dramas do and the good overshadowed the bad. One thing though was in the beginning, Naksu was really badass and in the end she was mostly passive. I really wanted her to ditch the dress again and be fighting alongside Jang Uk. And the same time I can understand not wanting to fight ever again since she was used as an assassin and not wanting to relive that through fighting is understandable.

I really liked this drama it was a good cast, they had good stories to tell and messages. but,

I can't believe they broke both the female leads arms and "got away with it". just amazing because just saying that it sounds so dumb. im so sure it was just for the joke about how she doesnt know how she will wipe or put her pants on or take them off.

It was also 'good' until like one of the last scenes where the police could've easily disarmed the hostage situation, they were even pointing guns and there was numerous points where Pyun Woong wasn't paying attention where the police could've clearly intervened (even without the use of guns, there was a SWAT team on the scene as well i believe )

But that situation did make it clear why Jeong Ho is screaming at the police every chance he got because they were obviously incompetent fools. AND the reason why Jeong Ho and Yu Ri were allowed to accompany the police on missions when they clearly should've been kept at home. Like, the scene when they're saving the mom DUDE, stop hugging her and let the ambulance people get to her so they can take care of her, geez. They were ALL in that small freezer like they were planning on warming it up to save her.

But I did enjoy the show but yea, there was some mind boggling choices done.

yeah like, it wasn't gore but it was just so nasty at times. something about it made me not being able to watch 😅

no, it never has to be an option. suicidal thoughts are treatable. theres treatment for it and saying something…
Okay. I apologize. I removed it. But I hope you know what I mean, in response to the comment above, I want people to know there's alternatives to suicide because a lot of people are under the pure assumption that nothing works and it's incredibly dangerous.

It's a fun watch but.. At times the violence is too grotesque. I've seen incredibly violent series but some scenes are just nasty. Like all hospital scenes with the gang members, yuck! I also *hate* how the mom treats the dad, like him having a beat up face is just so unhealthy to watch. And I know it's meant to not take seriously but I can't laugh at it either. It's too bad since the mom is one of the funniest characters in the series.

& can we talk about the when they got abducted in the spaceship, how amazing the CGI was, like it wasn’t over…
I agree! it was also one of the most beautiful aliens I have ever seen. beautiful, almost realistic and a bit scary too. after seeing the more cartoony alien throughout the series I was just sitting in awe when that scene happened.

so glad others like this, series cuz it really, deserves all the appraisal 🥺👽

it was a good watch and i do like it. Have had a lot on my mind and stress so this was a nice escape. But i also felt that Oh Han Byul was written kind of poorly? like she didn't have that believable emotions or depth. Lee Sung Kyung was great though and carried the role well.

There's a comment that says committing is selfish; ignore that. I've seen too much and know too much. Sometimes…

Bro what the hell? 'really stupid and mean spirited'. Aren't you being really stupid and mean spirited? They don't…
not everyone knows depression causes suicide and there's a lot of misunderstanding about it. for one thing, not everyone knows theres treatment for it and suicide can be prevented. suicide is often glorified as " they thought it was the last way out" which is a harmful way of seeing it. "its hard for the person doing it" yes because they need help. i think you should take a step back and see that the person who commented doesn't mean any harm but wishes that depression and suicide was taken more seriously than just as a cheesy plot point in a drama. even if you dont agree, im confused as to why you're so adamant about them being wrong.

i really enjoyed this drama, the acting is amazing!! han so hee is such a good actress. i usually dont like fighting scenes or blood etc, but this one was almost captivating to watch. some are saying it's predictable but im not too sure if it was? although the ending was really... annoying to say the least. i still recommend it though its only 8 eps :)
On Hospital Playlist Season 2 Oct 15, 2021
The acting and the cast is great but I'm confident to say that there is zero character development. It starts just as it ends which makes it feel very lackluster and pointless. A lot of things that were build up during season 1 either gets backpedaled or put on hold until the very last episode. Even storylines set up in the beginning of season 2 gets backpedaled or not used to its full potential. and I'm saying this as someone who truly loves hospital playlist season one and what the writer has done previously.

I dont mind product placement but it was very often that there was multiple scenes written purely for the sake of showing off the product. This coupled with the fact that there wasnt much to the story just makes me sad.

Plenty off loose ends and questions remain unanswered, but not in a way that id like a season 3 id rather want the cast and the writer to work on other things. I still love the writer and the cast and i cant wait to see what they do next, i wonder if its netflix/leadership who is to blame for the (plenty of) shortcomings.

It feels like tv stations are progressively reducing the number of episodes. At first it was 12, which I think…
im thinking its because of covid-19 ?
