Song hye kyo's drama is on a public network so of course the rating is gonna be higher. This is on cable tv so you can t compare the two. Song hye kyo's drama is actually flopping badly for its time slot. It's like no.8 or so for its time slot on public tv.

Unfortunately I don't live in the US or Japan ;( . Really wish the blu-ray comes out soon.

- apparently it is. Im quite fascinated as well. It's exactly like what's shown in this drama. It seems they actually invite those offenders to their home for interview too. very interesting.

I started off on taiwanese dramas with those idol dramas and honestly, a lot of them are just silly so I always had a bad impression of Taiwanese dramas (Taiwanese movies are really good though). Everything changed with this drama and I'm now a huge fan of Alice Ke. I watched marry me or not right after this and Alice ke is just such a great actress. For me she's the undisputed no. 1 actress in Taiwan. Greg hsu was awesome too. I mean everyone was great here and this drama just changed my overall view of Taiwanese dramas (excluding those super long hundreds of episodes taiwanese daily dramas..those are generally quite well acted). Definitely ranks amongst the best tv dramas I've watched and the 13 episodes length is just nice.

PS: to those who are new to this show, the producers actually added an extra ending..you can find it on YouTube. That's the actual ending so make sure you don't miss out on it

Isn't it the same with people who rate a drama 1 star after 4 episodes and consistently criticised everything about the show in every single episode and yet still continue to follow the show religiously, even going as far as to post comments in a forum about the show after every single episode, not to mention calling out others who disagree with them as "accusers", no matter how polite the disagreement is ? Lol.

Because there are kids who obviously dislike the actors and the drama, but for some reasons only known to themselves consistently criticised the drama repeatedly and giving out false info on the drama, not to mention giving the show a low rating simply because it doesn't confirm to their moral values. Nobody's stopping anyone from criticising a show but if you are going to repeatedly criticise it even in your reply to others, I wonder why you are still watching this drama. One particular joker Who is the perfect example of such a person even started claiming han Hyo Joo has less star quality compared to song hye kyo without realising that, no offence, song hye kyos current drama is literally flopping badly rating wise. Lol. I can never understand how people who feels a particular show is crap can still spend more than 10 hours of their life watching the same show. Lol.

You are spot on. If every character in every tv drama or movie is going to act in a way we totally expect them to act, why do we even bother watching the show anymore. Wouldn't it be pointless because everything is so predictable that there is practically 0 element of surprise. I certainly don't see a point in watching such a show especially if the characters act in the exact way I expect them to act. Some people just can't understand this very simple point and go on harping and harping that this is bad screenwriting yada yada yada.

Heck sae bom only interfered in the zombie lady's case because the lady was making so much noise. If she had wanted to be heroic, the first thing she would have done was to make an announcement to everyone in the apartment on the situation. In fact she didn't even do that and she specifically told han tae seok that he should be the one doing it and only if he doesn't, she will. How's that a hero's trait? So your whole criticism, as much as you want to make it sound accurate, is totally off tangent. I challenged anyone earlier to show me even one sentence from anywhere in the promotional materials that shows that the leads are supposed to be do-gooders or heroes but no one can show me any such proof simply because there's none. 0 . ZERO. Lol. That's why I kept asking you, do you even know what you are watching? Because you seem to be watching a totally different show with a totally different story . Heck in the first episode itself sae bom has shown that the only reason she even agreed to live in the apartment was because she could get it for a super cheap rent + option to purchase after 10 years. She initially wanted to refuse the request to help by han tae seok but relented after he promised her he could get her what she wants. Is that a trait of a hero/do-gooder/selfless person? Have you ever for one single stop and think that maybe this show is actually showing how hypocritical and selfish humans are in a crisis situation, whether it's the leads or the supporting casts? I bet you didn't, right ? You insist that the show must comply with some moral code whereby bad deeds are punished. You insist that anything that supports a morally wrong behaviour makes a show unwatchable and unrealistic. Are you some sort of moral guardian or something? Or do you live in a cocoon. Wake up dude. In real life not every morally wrong behaviour gets punished. Plenty of people will support certain actions which are morally wrong if it means saving their life. Spot on again. I come to this site to find out whether a show is worth my time i.e whether the storyline is fun to watch, the acting is good, the bgm is decent, the length of the show is decent. Im not here to find out if killing a fly is morally wrong, or if I should do kind stuffs like donate money to the poor or what stuffs should I do in order to be a good guy. This being a zombie drama I will definitely head into it with the mentality that I shouldn't take things so seriously because heck, it's about something untrue in the first place..it's zombies ffs. We don't have that in real life lol! Man I just don't understand why some people insist on being the moral guardian of others. They insist that every drama must have some sort of message on proper morality else it's crap. Like wtfff lol

At the end of the day , this gels with the fact although she never intended to be a hero, she just did what she felt was right in the situation. I would probably have done the exact same thing as her in such a situation. You actually expect me to stay in a freaking bathroom with a zombie when you trapped me there and expect me to think about your life? Lolll I wonder how these people can talk about realism in a drama when they actually expect the leads to act in a totally unrealistic manner. wtf lol

You are exactly on point sometimes I do wonder what are these people expecting when they watch a drama. When it's realistic, they will bash the show to kingdom come for spreading "immorality". When the show is unrealistic to the point where the leads are acting like angels, they will again bash the show for being unreal. Like WTF do you want ? Lol. It's just sooo hilarious.
