Some parts of the plot are so well developed, I mean, Lee Kyung Young's character development has interesting tones, not in his personal life, but in his way of thinking and mental strength. He is not your flat and simply a villain. You can even sympathize with him. Also, the way the series shows characters growing through decades is heart-warming, like the parents of the MC. However, at the same time, some things are so shallow and not explained at all, like the time travel or the background of Cho Tae Seob's assistants. And who the hell is that businesswoman and that guy in the 5 last minutes? What a strange way to tease a 2nd season out of the blue with no context. Overall, it's great to watch, despite some flaws.

Not a bad drama, but the tags, description putting a murder case as relevant, and genres as "thriller" and "mystery" are all misleading. It depicts a murder case, but it's more like a secondary plot that gets a few minutes every episode. If you are not into romance/drama and prefer investigation and detectives, you will feel bored.
