This was a really fun watch - I never got bored and I loved the characters. I've now discovered the adorable Mamiya Shotaro and it's also great to see Kimura Takuya grace my eyes again ;)
I've just watched this drama for the second time, and it is still one of the few dramas that can make me cry. The ending is tragic, but I feel that the second time around, since I already knew what would happen I could appreciate more what drove Ikuo to make that decision, as well as how tragically beautiful it was. The moment where we see grown up Tatsuya and Ikuo eating the Omurice with Yuiko is such a lovely scene - it was the first time I could see really see Tatsuya looking happy and peaceful as an adult.
Actually I've seen bits of İlişki Durumu: Karışık on TV but dubbed in Arabic, and I found myself thinking that the plot was very similar to Full House. From what I saw it was very cute, and the story very interesting yet I'm glad I finally got confirmation! I might just go and watch it completely now.
What a brilliant movie. For me although it started slowly it really picked up after the first hour and I couldn't stop watching. A haunting watch, brilliantly made and with a stellar cast. I haven't stopped thinking about this movie over the last two days. It's the second movie/drama I've seen based on the Korean resistance of the Japanese, the first being Gaksital, and I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended if you want to watch a dark, brilliant, slightly gory and satisfying watch.
At first I thought this drama was 12 episodes only but it turned out to be 36 episodes, broken into part 1, 2…
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!I was actually going crazy waiting for subs! Especially since there are 3 whole seasons and I'm absolutely loving this drama. Thank you for taking the time to make subs - you have my eternal gratitude :D
I thought waiting for 2 episodes a week is bad, now I'mw aiting for 1 episode a month (tbh it's been over a month now)
I really regret starting this before all the subs came out - it's a great watch but it just isn't getting the attention it deserves
Ahhh Kang Min Ho was soooo adorable, I loved him so much. Jung Kyung Ho played him so well, and it was such a dramatic difference compared to Heartless City where his character was dark and gloomy. Here and in Missing 9 he's shown that he can play comedic characters really well!
"I will not start yet another drama despite being in the middle of five. I will not start another drama because I have lots of homework to do. I will not start another drama and waste all my precious study time. I will not start another drama and ultimately fail all my exams. This drama will not disappear, it will always be there for me to watch." This is the mantra I have to keep repeating to myself so I don't start watching this. *Crying internally because I can't see my beautiful Ji Chang Wook*
Runners up include Park Bo Gum, Jung Kyung Ho, Nam Joo Hyuk, Ji Soo and Yoon Doo Joon
