Thanks for replying, it's from ep 25 where Tang Yang goes for business training trip. It's the person who seems to have taken some kind of interest into her and joins her group 3.
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know who the person playing Xiao Qin is..? Everytime I see this person, I feel like I have seen him in some drama or somewhere but couldn't recollect..
I am speechless by the obliviousness level of Feng Wei Ran and Yananπ . I am surprised that in ep 10, they were able to actually notice the awkwardness between Shiyan and Tang Yang.
I know I am in the minority here but I actually loved this ending. Some of you may have read my previous comments…
I am with you too. My thoughts seem to be a mirror image of your comment π . The nuanced and beautiful acting of the cast alone makes this worthy to rewatch many times, personally for me..
I'M RELIEVED, it's not a sad ending, it's a neutral ending! They separated from the class but they still live…
My feelings exactly.. this makes it easier to rewatch for me personally irrespective of when or if S2 comes or not. Would love to enjoy their beautiful performance again and again..
First of all, before I share more of my thought, I would start by saying that if you are frustrated by the ending,…
I love how you listed down all the possibilities very accurately. I think the current version of ending things in bittersweet manner is just right for me personally. This kind of makes it easier for me to keep rewatching whenever I feel like it as I really want to enjoy the beautiful acting and the small but beautiful moments again and again. This also gives a kind of good closure if for some reason, S2 has any issues..
My tears weren't triggered for 1st 11 eps but Sheng Wang's realisation of feelings and his way of processing them in ep 12 was a tearjerker for me. The way Sheng Wang tried to apply his mother's words about the mint plant to his current situation turned on the tap. Sheng Wang's pain of carrying the growing feelings and Jiang Tian's pain when Sheng Wang tries to maintain emotional distance were so beautifully portrayed by them. I think I already replayed every scene in this episode twice because of their wonderful acting.
Liu Dong Qin's portrayal of Sheng Wang is just the best for me and same goes for Benjamin and the whole cast. I was reading some novel snippets and couldn't feel but amazed at how beautifully the characters were brought to life and I couldn't have imagined the same impact with anyone else.
I think I personally would have still preferred this bittersweet ending over dramatic separation. Now even if season 2 has issues (I strongly hope and wish it happens) for some reason, this kind of gives closure to me. They are still closer to each other and I can happily live knowing this until S2 comes to life, if that can ever happen.

Him in that throwback scene with that Ebi sandwich was just too cute..π€©
