I know I love Gene's personality. Yeah he's not your typical in your face character but it's refreshing having someone who's an introvert but also not a doormat. I feel like usually the introverted characters are portrayed as weak where as Gene will stand up for himself.

The drunk scene was definitely one of my favorites so far. It was nice seeing Gene's innermost feelings displaying a bit. I also really must applaud Nubsib for stopping Gene from doing stuff while he's drunk. In BL's they don't always respect that boundary and even though Gene was a little forceful trying to kiss Nubsib he didn't go any farther and listened to Nubsib. We also saw a lot of the true Nubsib in that scene. Even if he's hiding something it's clear to see he is a decent man who genuinely cares for Gene. That whole scene felt very sweet and we saw how much he cares for Gene. I'm definitely curious about who Nubsib is especially since he's had a car this whole time and lied about it. I can't wait to see their relationship grow and whatever Nubsib is hiding. Next week is definitely going to be interesting...

Refreshing every so often to see if anyone posted the link lol

So far I'm loving this series. It's so refreshing compared to other BLs I've seen and the characters were so well casted. The aspect of calling out toxic BL fans was also something that was interesting to see. After seeing how toxic fans can affect BL actors in real life I'm excited to see how the show will portray that. I love Gene and Up does such an amazing job at portraying him. I'm also really intrigued by Nubsib and his motives. The side characters also have depth and I hope they continue to show their character fully. Honestly I hope I continue to enjoy this series and anxiously await the next episode.
