When audience watch xianxia drama, We are looking for that heaven moving, emotionally abusive/oppressive (or nue) storyline with all the iconic melodrama of a xianxia work. A romance that's just calm like water with no significant moving parts is VERY boring on the big screen. So obviously YingYuan is made ML.
