1) It's implied that they are still in contact as you can see them leaving the building on the college campus together with another friend. I'm not good enough at voices, but it also could have been Kim Yeon Doo on the other side of phone at the beginning of the blind date.
2) There's no info I saw on why Woon Ho suddenly passed.

True, but her parents were on the news for a good while so most should know, though it could be lost in the hype for the general public. Authorities and especially child care programs would have not just dismissed her though. The school she was going to would have said something even... I still can't believe she would've just been sent back to be neglected like that.
Okay... but there's no way Yuri would just be given back to her biological parents. Even if no evidence was visible of abuse, and she didn't speak up against it, they still hadn't said ANYTHING about her MISSING for TWO MONTHS and were murder suspects. Even if they weren't sure when the scar on her arm happened and weren't sure about abuse... they definitely have enough for neglect. No way would they just drop her off and say alls hunky-dory.

I did enjoy Descendants of the Sun so I get it, but honestly I really didn't like the main couple from the start. The girl had to know everything and anything the guy was doing even though he is part of special forces and said due to SECURITY he can't let her know everything, but still she's frustrated at him cause of it... :/
