After rewatching this episode, in relation to the paternity test, I believe she did not cheat, but got pregnant by the brother and thought it was the husband. There's no way they'll just talk about a twin without a twisted and complicated backstory.
She most likely got married to the wrong brother. I believe the twin brothers both liked her and the one she liked isn't the one she ended up marrying, however she doesn't know that. So maybe (of course just my theory) The child Father is the brother she thought she married.
Another thing, if the test shows that she is also not the mother then the only possible theory I can come up with is that the friend exchanged the baby because she lost hers.
It is hard to tell whether the friend knows that the man she is involved with is the "husband" because we don't know if the "husband" is the real one or the brother.
Let's say that the man is indeed the husband, would that mean she is involved in the happenings of the wife too? Because i am thinking that the husband is the mastermind behind all what's happening to the wife. All of this started happening 7 years ago, isn't that around the time the bro "died"? The plot just starts to deepen, so as of now i am sticking to the theory that the bro unalive the real husband and is living a double life.

Also, to me her "husband" knows that she placed a camera there to monitor him, who knows he could manipulate it. He did look at her phone when he came in her office. The plot is much more that meets the eyes especially with that type of genre. I'm holding on to that theory still until the plot develops.
What if the husband is really the brother?! The brother killed the husband and is posing as her husband. As the wife friend stated that she is not dating her husband which is true, however the friend doesn't know that the husband really isn't the husband but the brother. I mean, to comment on the plot is one thing because not everyone fancy's fantasy but that's not your case because you are also watching the marriage contract drama.
